Been coming here for years. Just had a horrible experience with the drive through employee. Ordered my food and was told to pull around to the window. There's a car parked 20 ft before the window and one parked right after but nobody was the window. The lady in the car before said she paid and was told to wait there for her food. But that literally doesn't make any sense to me. In the past, after I've paid I've been told to either pull past the window or pull off to the parking spaces on the side for pick up. Why make someone stop short of the window? I drove around that lady to go pay and was expecting to be asked to park in the lot like they normally do. Instead, the drive-through girl decided to yell at me and accused me of cutting the lady parked short of the window and told me that was rude. She could have given me proper instructions when I had finished ordering my food instead of confusing me and leaving me to figure out what the heck was happening. I told her the other lady said she was waiting for her food and that she told me to go around but the drive through girl chuckled and called me a liar. Should have canceled my order and reported her to her manager. Never coming back to this location ever again. Read moreI ordered a drive thru one night. No line or rush and I was the only person in the drive thru the entire time . Just a simple Jr mc Chicken, chicken nuggets and fries order. I ordered through their app but in my disappointment they just take forever first I pulled up in the ordering intercom to tell about my order number even I asked anyone is there I just got no response from it even after 5-10min then I pulled up to the window I see kids running the show carelessly talking with themselves. Come on, there are like 3-4 ppl I have got better service in many places even with just 1 or 2 ppl. After pulling up in the window a person appeared and asked what was my order I told it was an app order and name and after that I waited for like ages 🥲 like literally they didn't care to get me an eta and waited for like 30 +minutes and finally they got my other and once they had everything they where still taking time to give me the food. They are still talking and discussing by that time my engine ran cold I didn't want to run my car at idle this long. Read moreIf I could give half a star, I would. My family and I went to this location almost 2 weeks ago and it was the worst experience. Firstly, I ordered a soft serve cup for my sister and was presented with a fork for her to eat with. Secondly, the fries had the temperature as if they had been sitting on a dumpster outside of the establishment for hours. Third thing was that when I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands, the server says that it's out of order and not a second later, the dryer is heard going off with someone using it and an employee comes out of the restroom. The last and fourth thing was that I went to corporate detailing my terrible experience and the rep apologizes but states that it's up to the owner to give a refund for what my family and I went through, which tells me that the owner of this location does not care if customers are satisfied with the service, I haven't got a call or email from the owner giving me a decent apology that I deserve.
