The 2 young & unprofessional girls that worked there today, October 10th, 2023, from 4-5pm was rude, disrespectful & refused to replace the incorrect order of my 2 scoop sundae that I paid for. I ordered 1 scoop of chocolate & 1 scoop of chocolate chip. I received chocolate chip cookie dough, showing their obvious lack of knowledge knowing the difference between chocolate chip ice cream & chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. When I requested to have my order remade, they only prepared a 1 scoop sundae, refusing to replace the 2 scoop sundae order I paid for. I provided 3 options to rectify the situation: remake my order correctly; give me my money back; credit the money onto my account on my app. They refused to do any of those options. I called customer service and not only did I request to receive a full refund, I've reported them to the store owner as well as requested to be contacted by the store representative. Read moreI've always loved coming to this dunkin.the original dunkin staff has been great. Always makes sure my coffee is fresh and just the way I like it!! However, since they've brought new staff it hasn't been a pleasant experience at dunkin. This is part of the reason why I don't come as much. New staff never greets anyone, they always seem unhappy to be there and I noticed ived been rushed to take my order. No smiles, no "you're welcome". It's ridiculous because I work in customer service and this is not customer service!! There is this one staff member in particular and I believe her name tag said Gladis. She has been the most rudest person I've ever met!! My last experience at dunkin, I've ordered my usual. The store was empty since it was later in the evening. She took my order and I waited for about 15 minutes because she "forgot" and was busy cleaning the donut case. I will be reporting her and the store to corperate. My hash browns were ready and free due to rewards but i was still waiting on my refresher. i waited for about 10 minutes until i asked if it was ready, the lady told me that i had to go on my mobile appt and refund my order since they did not have any refreshers. I then asked if i was able to get a strawberry one since i saw one right infront of me for another person, and she said rudely that there was no refreshers at all. i understand they are busy and i am not a mean or loud person, but after i proceeded to ask if i was able to get something else for the price of what i paid for, i was ignored.
