She was openly indifferent to making mine and said she'll get to it, while she continued to make just-ordered drinks.
(No really the receipts timestamp when they're printed so I can see that the ones she was making were just ordered, at minimum, printed between 15 and 20 minutes prior. And it's the exact same type of drink, so it's not like mine needed anything special.
But hey, they got their money and I didn't get anything, so I guess it's a win...

My issue is with their quality control, and this seems to be consistent when looking at other reviews. Most recently, I wanted a little desert after lunch and grabbed a gourmet ice cream sandwich- probably like a $6 item. Unfortunately, when I got back to the office and opened it, the sandwich had been almost completely melted and then refrozen at one point. Pretty disappointing...
