ordered a smoothie. i got purple watered down almond milk that was basically just terrible purple juice. no ice, barely any fruit. seemingly more liduid than plain water. i asked the young woman who made it if that’s just the style of ‘smoothie’ they make, and she showed me the portions of ingredients and honestly it should be criminal to only put $0.82 of fruit in a “smoothie” that costs $9. first and last time trying Foxtrot. overpriced yuppie food products masquerading as health food. i needed to go outside and spit the horrible taste out of my mouth so didn’t even bother to get a refund on $9.90 (w/tax) smoothie and the...

I can't speak for how good the coffee is because the barista decided a 20 min wait was acceptable, even as she made drinks ordered 10 min after mine.

She was openly indifferent to making mine and said she'll get to it, while she continued to make just-ordered drinks.

(No really the receipts timestamp when they're printed so I can see that the ones she was making were just ordered, at minimum, printed between 15 and 20 minutes prior. And it's the exact same type of drink, so it's not like mine needed anything special.

But hey, they got their money and I didn't get anything, so I guess it's a win...

Honestly very mixed experiences here. It’s expensive, you really can’t walk out with a coffee and snacks for under $15, but they always have fun products to try. My issue is with their quality control, and this seems to be consistent when looking at other reviews. Most recently, I wanted a little desert after lunch and grabbed a gourmet ice cream sandwich- probably like a $6 item. Unfortunately, when I got back to the office and opened it, the sandwich had been almost completely melted and then refrozen at one point. Pretty disappointing...
