Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Covina

If you have food allergies of any kind, do no eat at this Chipotle. They do not have even a basic understanding of food handling in terms of cross contamination. I specifically told the first young bleached hair kid doing the tortillas and meat that I have really bad dairy allergies and that I would like him to finish my order since the next counter was dirty with cheese and queso sauce and sour cream. I asked him to just complete my order on the first counter as their was no one behind us in line. Onve he finished the meat, the next girl who heard my request told him it's fine and slid my order right into the next counter without changing her gloves, after putting cheese on the previous order, through the queso. Then she said "Oh it is just on the foil" and didnt even offer to change the foil. How am I suppose to eat this burrito if the foil has a queso sauce on it? If I could put something less than one full star I would my my host Adelina was very rude. This was my first time ordering here and me and my mom may have been frustrating as first time customers but that doesn't give anyone especially someone who's job is to provide good, Welcoming customer service to be rude in any way. Beside the bad customer service something that is very frustrating as a customer is to realize that your server besides being rude is very forgetful because I guess we didn't even deserve something as simple as utensils, thanks for nothing. Shout out to my boy Christian! You're the real MVP! My best friend and I did a phone order for pick up after having a loooong night out in Los Angeles (yeah, I know we were all the way out there but there's not much to do in West Covina as I'm sure you know)... any how, Christian had the best personality and customer service! Christian made our morning that much better just by being his bubbly self! Upon picking up our order, the front staff was wonderful as well and I don't know if I was just still super happy with our initial contact with Christian but I feel like our orders got hooked up!
