GYM Bar WeHo — Restaurant in West Hollywood

Updated new renovation comes with a price cost hike of 33 percent which is not well received by many especially the locals of West Hollywood which support Gym Bar the food gotten better but portions have shrunk a burger were a round $13.00 dollars now all burgers $17.00 dollars so not reasonable price to add happy hour is gone up to well drinks for $7.00 dollars and after happy hour is over $13.00 dollars also you can get $5.00 happy hour at Beaches plus Happy hour food at a responsible prices Monday -Friday’s taps 33 Happy hour food drinks cheaper then Gym bar $3.00 dollars at revolver weekends at Motherlode $5.00 dollars well drinks happy hour Monday -Friday $10.00 dollar after it ends and Hi tops $5.00 happy hour Monday -Friday! Gym Bar is great hang out but won’t be spending my money here I get the remodel and possibly some increase but with the unforeseen cost of living effecting the economy to raise prices where all of us are watching our Pennie’s Gym bar has become like all the other bar which is very disappointing to all of us in Weho we all felt like a family and that they understood the community that needed a place to hangout and enjoy some normality in the cost of living hitting us all! I never thought a remodel would raise prices! I don’t mind spreading money but...

I have to be honest the reason this is a 4 is because aubry the barman, daniel the bar back and Barry the door man really did an upscale job. The other bartender not so much. Older, tall, slender. He was pleasant. But patron's weren't his priority, his friends were. Aubry really stept up to the plate.

Coming from Canada I'm always surprised at the customer service in America. This was no different.

We ordered 2 margs - super sweet, just marg mix and sweet and sour. Had a bloddy mary, beware when you ask for spicey you'll get it.

We had the blue cheese burger as well as the bbq burger. We asked the bbq burger to be beyond meat and to have no bacon... that is not what we got. But it was still really good. Fries...

Ordered the signature burger and fish and chips through Grubhub takeout

The signature burger lists as having aged cheddar, bacon, onion ring, etc. but the burger I got was without the signature ingredients. In addition, the burger bun and patty were both way over cooked. Portion sizes were solid. I initially thought it was just a Grubhub mixup but their own online menu also lists the same description.
