This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to ever in life. I've been to various Starbucks all across the country including the one I frequent the most on Stony Island in the South side of Chicago and they're light years better than this location. The service is horrible, the staff should be lucky to even have a job because they probably wouldn't be hired anywhere else. I feel this location shouldn't even be opened anymore. I've already told future customers not to go there, but instead go up the street to Sunset and La Brea which has a lot friendlier staff. Soon as I came in a staff member was automatically assumed I wasn't going to pay for anything and told me in order to use their internet I had to purchase something. I go to Starbucks a lot and I'm very aware of this policy, but this is the only location where I was profiled. Soon as I set my stuff aside and went to purchase something, I had some of my property stolen. I told her about it and she said she is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I said "yes you are, that was your fault and you should be more courteous to your customers. If I was manager I would fire you on the spot." I later reported the incident to security who really didn't do anything about it. I later saw the person who stole my articles and I chased him down. Soon as I approached him I saw he was a part of a criminal syndicate that steals items in plain sight and sell them on the street for profit. I just let him have it because I didn't want that problem. Instead I never returned to that location. I speculated that the girl working there might have been part of the...
Read moreA little while ago, I had an issue with one of the supervisors (her name is Ree and I don't think she normally works at that store). She asked me to leave because I was following her around but I wasn't. All I did was go up to her and ask a question in front of the entrance. Furthermore, I didn't initiate the conversation she did... I was talking to the store manager and inquiring about Starbucks policy and she interjected in the middle of our conversation and started explaining stuff. After this, I went up to ask her a question when she was in front of the entrance. But she said that I was following her around and called security. I wasn't following her around. I just went up to ask her a question. What is more, she claimed I was harassing people by repeatedly asking them the same questions... If they had an issue with something then they should talk to me about it first. But nobody should ask a customer to leave without speaking to him or giving him a warning... But Ree called security on me and asked them to tell me to never return. That wasn't cool. P.S. Joseph and Savannah tell me that I'm always welcome at their store and then...

My two most recent on-line orders took longer than usual so I tend to order and scan at the counter here. They seem well stocked with food and have never run out of my go-to snacks even when I am ordering baked goods in the late afternoon. Service is good and problems can definitely be attributed to the excessive customization that flourish post tiktok and that management doesn't staff like they did when the chain was first growing.
For my vegetarian friends, minimal food options but, of course, excellent coffee options. This location is not recommended for drivers due to the inconvenient parking, but if you are local, bike riding or doing public transport,...
