I have been taking disabled clients here since this location opened and in the past we have been treated kindly w patience and respect. I took an older man w mental health issues and from second we walked in the door the snot making pizza sized us up (both of us r fat) and she made assumptions, rolled her eyes and acted as if making our pizzas was a chore. When we got to register she had audacity to throw her hands up in air n say she was taking a break cuz she couldnt handle it. I spoke to both general manager and district manager and corporate. This snot nosed rude employee is the face of their company n has no business serving the general public. My client could not hear her and when he reacted loudly and she rudely told him off he got upset for rest of night. He kept apologizing to me. This snot needs empathy and patience and the awareness that all her service life will not be w the kind of people she wants to deal w. I was telling this to a friend of mine last night and he asked right away if it was a woman he described and said he was treated rudely by same woman and he would never go in that location again. Thats sad that one person could be so hateful. I hope she learns her lessons and grows up or works out of public eye. I will never go to that location again and if snot has been transferred will walk out of that location.as well. I did feel that my concerns were heard and listened to by both gm n dm. And i thank...
Read moreI have come here quite often in the past few months; usually toward the end of the night. I’ve had the same two ladies make my pizza and I was always disappointed with the speed, orientation and amount of options that they put on my pizza. It always ended up soggy +- burnt.
I do reviews often and hadn’t gotten around to giving my review yet, I would have given it a 2-3 star. I have been to other MOD’s and loved it. Tonight changed that. I was waited on by two gentlemen. One said he was the manager. I saw him showing a team member how to prepare a certain pizza and he waited on me at the same time. Efficient, he made my pizza exactly how I wanted it without having to make any corrections. The gentleman who baked the pizza did a superb job! Not burnt at all, nice crust.
I left there VERY excited about my pizza. When I got home and actually tasted it, I was over joyed. Sounds silly, but after a long rock climbing session I needed nutrients fast. Starving! It hit the spot!!!
The manager was also receptive to my request for more drink options that weren’t so high in sugar. I was unable to select a drink because of that. I enjoy water quite a bit but I do enjoy other stuff when it doesn’t have a ridiculous amount of sugar in it.
I will be going back for sure and hopefully I get...
Read moreUp until a few weeks ago came her several times a week.
Then, twice in a row, they forgot my ordered finishing sauce and the pizza did not taste good. As in, I tossed the pizza in the trash the second time. And I adore pizza, even card board microwave pizza. It was weirdly flavorless and had a strange after taste.
So I've been driving to queen street.
Gave them another go tonight. Online order was to be ready at 7:17. Didn't get my order until 7:43. Checked it. Missing a whole pizza and one pizza looks squashed and it's been sitting since probably 7:20 because I watched it on the counter. So I go back for my missing pizza, don't get it until 7:50. And it's missing finishing sauce. While they did give me the extra garlic bread they initially made instead of my pizza for free, by the time I walked out the door it was 7:52. 35 minutes for incorrect orders and now the pizza that was sitting is ice cold. It was almost 40.00 for my order, 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and no name cake. I get that staff were busy but I'm kinda over it at this point. I won't be back. I have no problem being patient, and I was but by the last omission and over a half hour wait for now ice cold food,...
