Customers beware! Back in November, I bit into a ball bearing in my frosted coffee. I immediately reached out to the restaurant and was contacted by a representative of the owner, who led me to believe they would take care of getting my tooth fixed. I had a temporary repair but will need to have a crown. I was told my information had been sent to their insurance company, and I would be contacted, which I never was. After finally tracking down the insurance company information I had to reach out to them on my own then shortly received a letter stating my claim was denied. I reached back out to the owner’s representative who asked me to send more pictures and information over and she would speak to the owner and get back to me. This was on March 7th, which I never heard anything back. I tried to contact her multiple times via phone and email with no reply. I finally figured out today my number had been blocked after I called from a different number and she picked up immediately. Needless to say, here I am five months later, owing the dentist money and still needing to have my tooth fixed, and the restaurant says they are not responsible for any...
Read moreI work for DoorDash, so I go into different Chick-Fil-A stores quite a lot, but I have never had such an awful experience at a location before. Staff completely ignored me, did not greet me or ask what order I was picking up for nearly 20 minutes, and I was the only person in there. They sat in a cluster singing “I’m just a bill” and “Backstreet Boys” joking around with each other, which is fine when there aren’t customers waiting for help! It took me saying excuse me FOUR TIMES and waving my hands, which they ignored the first two times, to at least tell them whose order I had. They then worked on it and gave it to me after another few minutes of waiting. I may be working for DoorDash, but I would still like to be treated like a human being, not ignored. It made my order late and put a bad taste in my mouth. I really thought Chick-Fil-A was supposed to have good service, but this location’s staff really proved me wrong. To management: my order was finally ready at 10:19am on 03/01/23 if you’d like to check the cameras and verify what happened. I genuinely hope they don’t treat guests...
Read moreWhat people have said about the confusing set up is true. You can't access from Starbucks., you could access from the Starbucks area when the Chick-fil-a used to be a TGIF, but you can't now. Once you pull into the Chick-fil-a you want to say to the right as it will take you to the drive thru, if you want to park in the lot or enter the building you would keep to the left. They have two lanes of drive thru, no speaker at all they have attendants manning both lanes.
When you get close to the pick-up area it's impossible to get too close to the window(it's really like a door). Instead they have the employees bring the food to your car window. The problem is if you have a small order you will get your order, however you have to wait. If the car in front of you is getting a large order, as car in front of me received 4 bags of food. You will have to wait before you can exit as there is no way to swing around the car in front of you, if they are still waiting for their order.
I would shudder if you go at a peak time, went at an off-time not at lunch or dinner time and still waited about...
