Starbucks — Restaurant in Westland

I went there just for Starbucks, and was going to do some shopping inside Target since I was there. I stood at the counter. And stood. No one ever came. 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No closed sign, place looked very open. I've been in customer service of one kind or another my entire life. I cannot stand being ignored. At least acknowledge I'm there, and tell me you'll be with me soon. I am the most patient patron you will find, but not when I am flat out ignored. I walked out. Didn't get my Starbucks nor do any Target shopping. Let with a bit of an attitude and I don't like when places lead me to that mindset. Always have a good experience here. Always fast and a very nice staff, other than this older lady (which i never caught her name). Everytime i come here i get banana in my drink and they can always do it no problem except when she is there. This time we asked for it in there and she was very upset with my boyfriend and i and proceeded to say she can't put it in there with a very aggressive tone. When we told her there is a button to add it into a drink she would scoff and get even more upset. Another worker came over and told us it was no problem and she punched it into the computer for us.
