So disappointed in my past experiences here. I've tried to give them 3 shots every time I've had a bad experience, but it's just the same outcome. I have yet to receive my order correct; definitely do not ever order for someone else, because they'll get it wrong every time. The music on the past occasion was so loud, it's no wonder they got the order wrong, as you had to shout over the music. They gave both our Love It's, in Like it cups. When it was mentioned to them, they just stood there arguing about it. Not only did they charge us for the bigger size; gave us the wrong portions; but 3 of 4 orders were also incorrectly made, including the base ice cream being wrong. Is it really so hard to just apologize and recharge us for the correct size? Why argue? Before that, one of the employees had their dog hanging out under a table inside the store. It was clear it was an employee, because the gentleman was sitting at a table talking with someone, then went back behind the line/sink area and talked to the other coworkers. I love dogs, but when I think of ice cream and STICKY, I don't think that pairs well with dogs with long hair. Take a look at the accompanying pictures and you’ll see why. I had stopped to get a scoop of coffee ice cream to take home with me and, while I was eating it, I bit down on that jagged piece of plastic. Thankfully, I grabbed it out of my mouth before swallowing. It’s so sharp, it could easily have punctured my esophagus. I called this to the store’s attention via the website. The lackadaisical attitude by the owners was majorly concerning. They complained that they would now have to throw out all their coffee ice cream and went on to say that having to do that didn’t make them happy! I was shocked at their lack of concern for their customer’s safety. They didn’t care if I was okay, let alone offering a refund. After a week of not hearing from them, I had finally had enough and ASKED for a refund. They made me come back to the store and didn’t even bother to show up when I went in. I ordered Oreo Piecrust ice cream (no mix ins) and Mud Pie Mojo (switched peanut butter for Choco Shavings) both quart size, Madi didn’t fill the container, I waited on the Mud Pie Mojo if it was gonna be the same. First she was gonna put Chocolate ice cream on it, had to ask “isn’t Coffee ice cream?”. When she filled the container, it was just a little over 3/4 full, I said “that’s not full”, she did make more to fill the container and then proceeded to go to the register without asking if I was finished with my order, I had 2 more (Like it and Live it sized) I asked if she wanted the other employee to help me instead, and she said, “I was just switching gloves” The gloves were by the kitchen, opposite direction.
