I am sharing this on my friends' account with her permission as I don't feel comfortable sharing my experience with my name attached to it. I'm a 17-year-old male who went in this store to use the bathroom, doesn't matter what type, I bought an item to use the bathroom. The code was then provided to me. I go into this private bathroom and take my time; fixing my hair; using the bathroom; etc. There then a knock about 5-10 minutes in from the manager? Some guy who works there? He asked, "Is anyone in there." I replied, "Oh, yes, I'm sorry, I'll be out in a minute." I repeated as he then began to unlock the door. I quickly ran toward the door and locked it again. I said, "I need a minute, thank you." Relocking the door before it was opened. It was silent as I began to finish up, another knock, "Do you need any help?" I get this was a way to understand and help me if I needed help, but I clearly said "No, I'm okay, one minute!" I repeated as the man proceeded to unlock the door as he then OPENED THE DOOR; I had to quickly run to the door. The guy almost seen me unclothed, waist down, if I didn't scurry toward the door. He told me, "What are you doing that's taking you so long?" I reply, "I was using number two, all I need to do is clean up and wash my hands." He refused like it's not my human right to use the bathroom. Additionally, it does not matter how long I am taking, it's a private restroom, check on me with a quick knock, DO NOT enter. Esspecially if I am underaged, that could've been a whole case. This needs to be addressed, this needs to be changed, this WAS NOT okay. I feel my privacy was not treated well; if you're a customer service worker and someone is taking forever. I advise you to check up on them; ensure their okay. Then, GIVE THEM A NEW MINUTES, DO NOT ENTER THIS IS NOT OKAY BEHAVIOR!!! Please fix this, please address this, I had to leave through the side-door so embarrassed and violated on everything that took place. However, the man almost seen me naked, but he DID NOT; no need to involve law enforcement. This is a problem that can be handled with a conversation; a write up; and a revoke of privelgdes. No need to terminate this employee, I am not here writing to ruin somebodies life, I am here looking for change. This should be an oppurtunity of growth...
Read moreThe staff at this location is awful and the food is cold. The girl making my burrito today (nose ring and tattoos) cussed in my face when I asked if I could have my burrito smothered. Not only that, but she went directly over to the manager and they started laughing about it together (I guess it’s not customary to ask for a burrito to be smothered after it’s been made even though this is the only time at which a burrito can be smothered...?). Then the manager (male with tattoos) even told her, “good work” after this exchange and after I was clearly annoyed and taken aback by how rude she had been through the entire process. The cherry on top: our food was not even luke-warm and we ate it almost directly off the line. I get if you’re hiring younger staff that may not have customer service experience, but they should at least have a minimum amount of RESPECT. Additionally, it seems as though these complaints are common and I’m wondering why this store hasn’t taken action. It was my first time at this store and will definitely be my last.
Also, the cashier (Elija?) was great. He was so kind and a clear contrast to the other two...
Read moreAs soon as I walked into the restaurant, everyone gave me dirty looks including the associate with the red hair she was probably the supervisor but she wore a black shirt and the others wore yellow. I was very polite in asking for a sample of the sweet chili chicken and everyone looked at me like I said something offensive. The burrito was god awful and to make it taste a little better I asked for a side salsa. The red head poured my salsa and threw it on the counter and it almost fell over the counter. After standing there trying to process what I just witnessed she looked at me as if she was not aware of what she did. I told her that I did not appreciate the way she handed me the salsa. She grinned and said sorry and resumed what she was doing without really acknowledging what happened or my presence. Horrible customer service? Absolutely. Prejudice and racism? Possibly. First time at Qdoba and I will NOT be dining here again. Some advice, please train your associates in customer...
