The culinary offerings at this Panera Bread location are nothing short of excellent. My personal favorite, the full Steak and Cheese sandwich, has never failed to impress with its generous portions of succulent steak, perfectly melted cheese, and fresh, flavorful bread. Accompanying this delightful sandwich, I often indulge in a side of chips that add a satisfying crunch to the meal.
The soup selection, a crucial aspect of Panera Bread's menu, adds a delightful touch to my dining experience. Depending on my mood, I oscillate between the rich and comforting Broccoli Soup or the classic Tomato Soup. Each bowl is consistently well-prepared, showcasing the quality ingredients and culinary expertise that define Panera Bread.

Read moreWhen there are issues with the ordering tablets, obviously you go to the front to place your order. I did that today and the woman at the counter could not follow my explanation of what happened with the tablet. I explained multiple times and she just kept saying “sorry a lot is happening”. A lot was not happening. When she finally gave up understanding and stepped away to grab the manager, I turned to the person behind me in line and asked if I was explaining things clearly or if I was off base. The person behind me confirmed I was being very clear and had explained the issue at least 3 times.
When the manager got there (who was a solid 20 years younger than the front counter worker), the original worker stood beside her and just kept vigorously nodding her head “no” as I explained the issue. I finally said something to the tune of “can you please stop nodding your head no at me? It’s really rude and I’m just trying to explain the tech issue.”
So, there shouldn’t be a worker at the front counter that cannot communicate competently and follow the explanation of customers when there are issues (since we all order on the kiosks unless there are issues).
Also when I was ordering my sandwich in the first place, she couldn’t follow my 3 very simple modifications (a bread change, no mayo, no salt/pep) and kept inputting them wrong so once the manager got there my order wasn’t right, the line behind me was super long (cause the tablets were all glitching). Then I felt overwhelmed and ultimately didn’t order my food, just got my sip club drink and left.
Overall, it was just an incredibly rude, confusing service experience. The manager was fine and tried her best to help but ultimately the Panera ordering system was jacking up the application of a promo code on my account (a simple thing the front counter worker should be able to see in...
Read moreWhile I am a fan of most Panera Bread locations, my recent visit here (in the evening of 3/31/19) was nothing short of atrocious. Generally, Panera offers quality service and food, but on this visit that was not the case. The ordering process was smooth and accurate, however the order fulfillment failed miserably. Despite having two POS screens full of orders (one for the hot food person and another one the manager was using) there were only two employees filling orders. When three different employees attempted to help expedite the more than ten different orders, the manager repeatedly spoke down to them, condescendingly belittling them and ordering them to go do other things. The result, my wife and I waited more than ten minutes for a single bowl of soup. Others waited long for equally minimal orders. Despite having finished some orders, the manager didn’t give them to the customers. She waited until she had two or three done before placing them on the counter. When we asked about our order we were rudely told “you just have to be patient.” I attempted for contact Panera Corprate, via their website, but since we did not have the survey number (we declined our receipt) I was unable to file a complaint. Thus, I forced to file this lengthy complaint here. I wish to be clear, I EXPECT, to be contacted by a manager. I would like to know why this happened. If I do not hear from a manager, our twice a week visits to Panera will stop forthwith, and we will take our...
