Read moreLast time I’m ever going to this location. The guy who helped me was in a bad mood. I first asked for a burrito, instantly knew I made a mistake I said “sorry I meant burrito bowl” he huffed grabbed the tortilla and put in a ball. I knew at that moment I should have just walked out but I didn’t.
Then when asking for everything I wanted, he would splat everything onto the bowl and onto the hard shell tacos I ordered. It was like I had to walk on egg shells to not piss him off.
When I got home my side tortilla was another rolled up in ball and my tacos were a mess and soggy.
This is the managers problem. The manager shouldn’t have their employees onto to the floor if their going to give customers attitude. They should be immediately fired. I shouldnt have to walk on egg shells for service that is supposed to be provided to helping customers.

Read moreWith all the heat Chipotle has gotten, this location is still being stingy on portion size. Its a also a bad sign when most of the food trays are empty of items to choose from. I ordered a bowl and the server wanted to cheat me on the portion size, she spread out a few pieces of chicken to make it look like enough was served. When I asked for a little more chicken she proceeded to give me an attitude and put some chicken into a little plastic cup. She then tells me "thats 4 ounces!" Unless this girl doesnt know how math works, 4 ounces of fluid by volume is very different then 4 ounces by weight. I wasnt about to argue with her so I walked out, leaving another bowl that was already made and I just told the girl "you guys can eat it".
