Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

This is an awesome experience 50% of the time.

At first it seemed it was because they were new, but they've been open a while now and they still do not have a process in place to get your order right. It's hit or miss if you get your drink exactly how you ordered it (if you don't change/add anything to your drink, they normally get it right).

About 75% of the time they have just enough people to keep the wait time under 10 mins, but the other 25% of the time (like yesterday, middle of the day Saturday) they only have one or 2 people working. We were there for 50 mins waiting for our drinks. One person stayed on register, the other on drinks... They really need to analyse their sales, predict heavy traffic times and adjust their manning. If that was someone's first time there, I'm sure they would never go back, and they'd tell everyone they knew how bad it was.

It's sad, because this place could be so amazing if the owners only cared more about their customer's...

It wasn’t busy at all but it took forever for them to make our drinks. When we got it, it tasted of sour milk. When I confronted them, the girl at the counter was super rude about it and then made such a fuss about remaking a new one saying that it was a waste. So I’m standing there arguing that I didn’t pay for spoiled drinks. They didn’t have any boba and their menu is very appealing. I don’t care for the service. If they think it’s ok to argue w the customer who is letting you know that the drink tastes bad… you’re in for a rude awakening because customers are your advertisers and he’ll over high water if I would promote service as poor as this. Customers pay good money that they worked hard for to enjoy things and this isn’t something I would push for them...

Edit: Medium sizes no longer available, despite them being on the menu. Will change to 4 stars if this is rectified. Your standard Boba Tea place. The drinks were good, but very normal - nothing new, or "special". Prices are ok, if you've been to any other boba tea place, you won't be shocked by a $5.50 medium sized drink. The atmosphere is really nice. There's lounging chairs, and a really nice waterfall thing kind of decoration. It's a nice "date place". The service was 3-star ok. The lady that took my order was not rude .. but she was not "friendly". I'm ok with that, but some people might find it off putting. The tea and the tapioca were good, no complaints, so if you're looking for authentic boba tea, you won't be disappointed...
