In the week before our daughter's wedding on 7/26, we placed an advance order of sandwiches to be picked up from the Taft St location, and delivered to the bridesmaids, so that they could eat before the wedding, on the day of. Unfortunately, the date got messed up, and I received a call saying it was ready about 15 minutes later. I was panicked! How could I keep these sandwiches fresh for 5 days? I called the store and explained my dilemma, offering to pick them up that day, if nothing could be done. Fortunately, the manager was able graciously to delay our order until Saturday, when we picked it up! Once again, JJ saved our day, feeding all the bridesmaids and bride delicious sandwiches, and ensuring no one fainted! I don’t get mad when restaurants make mistakes. I do get mad however when they make mistakes and then they make excuses or don’t try to make it right. Today I placed a catering order for pick up at 3:30pm. I showed up right at 3:30 and the person who helped me at the counter didn’t know about it. They didn’t have it started let alone complete. However the manager dropped what she was doing, gave me a drink, and promptly started my order. She didn’t make excuses, she just said “very sorry” and started my order. They had it completed within 15 minutes and as I was leaving she offered me free cookies. I don’t know her name but she was awesome! Great job to her...

1/21/25 went to the drive-thru place an order was never greeted waited for 10 minutes to place my order then they said thank you for choosing Jimmy John's how may I help you they didn't apologize or nothing place my order went up to the window another 10 minutes waiting to pay after I paid wait another 10 minutes to get my food then I watched them put too much seasoning on my sandwich

1/22/25 went back to get my refund the manager didn't know how to count correctly I got 1910 back out of 1955 paid with a 20 that would make it 45 cents that I got from the day before so I should have gotten 1955 back in cash she...
