Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wichita

I ordered two personal pans, When I got to the store, they weren’t even gonna tell me that they ran out and they just gave a little small medium slice of pizza and said it’s the same amount. The point was as you wouldn’t even gonna tell me. The manager threw my money on the cabinet said there was nothing else he could do so I called back today and talk with the main manager, Stephen, who above and beyond is the worst pathetic excuse of a manager I’ve ever experienced, For Pizza Hut to think that that is management material makes me question them completely as a company I went on a website I ordered the food and this is how I get treated because I’m upset. Stephen hangs up on me and tells me to find a customer service number myself and when I call back the lady that answered said oh thank you. Have a great day and hung up on me as well. I have the calls recorded The only reason why I gave this One star is to be able to write this review this place is disgusting. Their unprofessionalism is above and beyond the worst. I’ve experienced in my 53 years of life. For me to be treated like I was in the wrong is horrible to the manager Stephen if you don’t like your job as a manager, then find a different job and quit taking it out on customers that pay their hard earned money for your sorry pathetic excuse of manager Attitude, Is customers we don’t deserve that if you don’t like your job get a new one, for you to treat me like I’m the problem when you wouldn’t even gonna tell me that you had to replace my order, you just gave me my food and expected me to grin and Deal with it, This place above and beyond was the most disrespectful disgusting place I’ve ever experienced all the money I’ve spent for this company through this app and everything. Ordered a medium pizza, two orders of wings and a 2 liter of diet pepsi. The pizza was good. We had to heat up the wings and most of those on one order hardly had any bbq sauce so you had to fork the wing ( bone out ) and rub it into whatever crevice you could find that had sauce. I can live with that I suppose. This one is closer to the house and rarely use because of past experiences pulling pizza out too early, wing issues ...etc, If we do carry out we do the one on west street as they tend to always get it right. The kicker was the 2 liter I ordered. I ordered diet as I'm a diabetic and received a regular. We called @ approximately 7:53 and spoke to Chris ( Night shift manager) who informed us it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait for them to deliver the correct one. It was right at 10:00 pm when the correct 2 liter was delivered. I get it I guess. Having the driver come back out immediately for me puts everyone behind( which they already were and made it up with a free pizza coupon) versus just one unhappy customer. I think 3 stars is fair. I think the wings could have been a lot warmer and had more sauce and the correct 2 liter delivered but I'm only seeing things from my end and not what all they might have been...

I placed a delivery order in the app around 11:30 AM. Approximate arrival time was estimated at 11:58 AM. Around 12:00 it said my pizza was 1 minute away. Perfect. I checked outside, nobody was there. It went to zero minutes, but nobody was there. Then I checked again and it went to 3, 5 then 7 minutes away. The driver had turned around and went to deliver another order! I called to talk to the manager, Steven, and he was incredibly rude. He said it was due to traffic and he didn’t know, and that I could just wait since I wasn’t the only delivery. He hung up on me twice!!! At this point it was 12:25. I asked for a credit on my account, and the manager said I could return the pizza for credit, but that he wasn’t doing anything else. The delivery driver finally knocked on the door about 12:25.
