I’m not sure how the food got such good reviews. I really didn’t think you could screw up breakfast, but my scrambled eggs tasted like they microwaved in a plastic container. Nothing was seasoned, the pancakes were tiny for the price. I took my daughter to the bathroom and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I would’ve complained in person, but I was with my kids on vacation and didn’t want to make a scene, and truly other people should also know the things that weren’t communicated to me in the restaurant. My children were handed picture menus, which was nice for them to be able to order for themselves, but it was not communicated that these are not kids menus, they are for people with developmental disabilities. Lovely idea, but I wouldn’t have let my daughter order a $10 waffle. The waitress offered my kids whipped cream and didn’t tell us that it would cost extra. They charged us full price for juices for my kids and only filled the cups halfway. Breakfast for a family of five at this place was $80, and it was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. It was our last morning of vacation and we wanted to enjoy breakfast out, I’m bummed to have wasted it...

I have heard alot about Brandon's since it opened and finally had the time to be able to go try it with my wife.

I did the cream chip beef which is prepared each day so the quality is always there. You could taste everything over the toast as it quickly became one of the best Sos on the island.

My wife did the sausage gravy and biscuits which you could tell it was a home made gravy. My wife enjoyed every bite of it. It wasn't spicy like some can be so you can control the amount of spice.

For those with celiac disease they have a wide selection of gluten free options.

Where to start? The waitress brought the congealed chocolate sauce container out and asked how to fix it because it was sealed shut and did this right in front of us. Cold brew coffee that was all milk no coffee. No coffee refills for the 2 hot coffee drinkers. Plastic piece in a sandwich. Banana French toast was just banana cut up and dropped on 2 pieces of French toast. They forgot the chocolate chips on another order but remember to charge us for them.

Took way too long and then we also had all the issues listed above. Please spend your money elsewhere, we should have asked for at least 4 items to be taken off of our bill but just paid and left instead of going through anything else with...
