First time at this pizza place and was not disappointed at all. The pizza is different than the pizza places we have in Pennsylvania. It has a very fluffy crust and they didn't skimp at all on the toppings (sorry about the missing piece. Grabbed one in the car to taste while fresh). The hoagies are phenomenal. The bread was soft, lettuce was crisp and green with no wilting at all. I would order one again and I'm not a hoagie kind of person. Most importantly Taylor and Marni were both so polite and friendly. They offered plates and included ketchup and salt for the fries without asking. Both of these young ladies had a friendly banter and came off as real people when we chatted. Highly recommend checking this out. The food is phenomenal and the service is even better and I can't even think of a word for that.

Guy behind counter literally said I couldn't get salt and pepper added in a cheese steak. Are they pre-made and frozen? If so I have major concerns. How can you not salt something you are cooking on the grill? Extremely curt with other customers coming in and then we end up getting a sandwich with almost nothing in it for over 10 dollars?! I didn't expect it to taste great honestly I just needed sustenance for traveling at the very least. I took one bite and it's mostly all bread. If you are traveling through, find literally anywhere else to "dine." Good luck! Edit: reading comments I think the owner needs to find another venture other than food. He seems to love getting defensive and arguing with customers in the reviews rather than immediately making things right.

Really sad pizza and salad. Took a picture of the salad. It was a Cesar and only came with cucumber (cucumbers aren't on a Cesar salad?), parmesan, and regular ice cube lettuce. The lettuce was poorly cut so I had to cut it with a plastic knife. Chucke that came with it was okay. They obviously had no idea what a Cesar salad is. The small veggie pizza we got wasn't good and non of the veggies were cut up. Tomatoes were whole, green peppers were massive chunks you couldn't eat in one bite. Does was just not good. We also got a order of the boneless wings that were good but obviously came from the freezer. It was 11pm so this was one of the few choices to eat since the town shuts down early. Overall get fast food than here.

Generally love the food. Worse service ever !!! Called back to express concern about order and young lady (Taylor) on the phone working the evening of 10/22/20 has an immediate defensive tone and instead of trying to see how she can help resolve the concern, decides she wants to argue and states that no one is going to tell her to do her job. Hangs up on the phone on us (twice) ! Tell her please don't hang up again in the middle of the conversation and she says "oh yeah what are you going to do if I do it again ? and I replied I am going to come there. She hangs up again and I get Kevin who also hangs up without knowing how the whole thing started and threatened to call the police ?? If you hang up on the phone how else could the finish the conversation but in-person ? Of couse now Kevin is yelling and saying there were threats made. Somehow people think that word play symantics fly in every conversation. There was clearly no threat, but a provocative invitation to see how we would respond to her provocations. So been hung up on 3 times, call back again and finally get Zach, who is more than civil, immediately soothes the situation and provides a resolution which is highly commendable ! All of this because we wanted to let them know there was no sauce on the wings. They said they sauced the wings, my point is as the customer who receives them with no, sauce,no flavor and COMPLETELY dry, no matter what you say you did there is literally a batch of bone-dry wings in my order. I don't work for chanellos but if I'm handling this, my immediate response is "I'm sorry if your order was not to your liking, what can I do to help ? (As Zach did ) Thank you Zach ! Not likely to ever buy from this location ever again. I can't say that I have ever had that sort of exchange with a business organization ! Good luck with Taylor and Kevin ! Even the driver apologized profusely...Oh by the way, there are other reviews here about dry wings and super rude and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend this location. I feel sorry for the owners. You expect your employees to be assets not...

My family and I were in Williamsburgs for my daughter's 19th birthday celebration. After 8 hours of theme park walking, we were hungry and didn't want fast food. We honestly didn't want anything we have at home either, but Pizza is always a quick, easy and fast option, so we googled and had never experienced Chanello's before, so we all got in the car and went. First red flag was the parking. I figured it was a Saturday night, and they were busy. NO, we walk in and we're the only customers inside. Dude who took our order wasn't amused to see us, or at least he didn't show it. The prices online were different than the store We had to ask some questions, and our order taker answered, but seemed a little annoyed. It was 7 PM, the phone was jumping a little, but I feel that we deserved better service because we spent $56 on cold pizza and tasteless wings. Also we were jipped a pound of wings, and I'm not sure if it was on purpose. The wings had no flavor and weren't the hottest either. The pizza may have been an hour old, because the cheese had re-harden and the sauce was dry. The pepperoni blended in with the dry sauce, so now I question whether or not it was even a Pepperoni pizza. Just a not-so-pleasant experience, Chanello's. Maybe another location is better, but this one...not so much. They don't have to worry about us...
