I got very aggravated after multiple visits recently. Y’all make a big deal about putting the card reader out the window for a tip. It is obviously cleaned infrequently because I see the same spills and fingerprint stains multiple days in a row. It’s flu season and ridiculous that this isn’t cleaned more frequently with the 100s of people touching it daily. However, my biggest issue is the lack of gratitude for tipping. I rarely get a “thank you” or any sort of recognition for being a customer, let alone leaving a tip. Now the person at the window barely makes contact, sticks the card reader out the window but doesn’t even look but rather is engaged in unrelated conversations with coworkers, so I’m chasing it down and having to open my car door to access, and then to have no acknowledgement whatsoever when I tip is an entitled and rude representation by your staff. I could choose not to leave a tip but as a server for years I feel it’s important. But I expect some acknowledgment or gratitude and I’m definitely not alone in these feelings. Your staff needs some updated training on customer service. I have decided that making coffee at home is definitely cheaper but also I don’t have to put up with being ignored or surly attitudes when I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location alone. This morning was the straw....

I've only ever used the drive-thru at this location over the past 4 years, and honestly, I'm still scratching my head. No matter how many cars are ahead: two or ten, it always takes longer than a typical Starbucks drive-thru. It's a mystery I've yet to solve.
The real issue? The drive-thru layout is a design fail. The pickup/pay window is recessed awkwardly compared to the drive lane, so you have to pull in at just the right angle. I've had to fully extend my left arm and even pop up off my seat just to reach the barista.
It feels like a fender-bender or lost side mirror waiting to happen. Seriously, one wrong turn or misjudged angle and your driver's side mirror could be toast. I haven't heard of any accidents yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's only a matter of time.
That said, the staff are friendly and do their best to keep things moving. But the layout? Definitely not doing them any favors.
Coffee's fine. The drive-thru? Hazardous. Approach...
Read moreI don’t know why I keep coming back to this Starbucks. Their standards do not compare from all the other Starbucks. Good customer service but I never get a cold foam lid with my cold foam drinks (the whole purpose of the drink is to sip the foam with your drink), drinks are never made properly, staff touch parts of my drink I drink from with their hands (sticking their finger in the lid to pick it up.) I am always disappointed every time I come to this location.
Recently, I ordered a drink and had to confirm I had the right drink because it was so extremely foamy from vigorously shaking it so hard the cold foam, which provides the drink with flavor, was engulfed and paying $7 for a drink that took less than 2 minutes to make I would hope they are at least semi following the standards Starbucks has.
Time and time again I go here for convenience of the drive through and I am always disappointed. Starbucks makes it impossible to report incidents and ask for refunds so I am forced to leave a google review in hopes...
