The drinks are amazing I'm here everyday getting rebel drinks once you download the app there are so many different drinks you can choose from but if you don't want the app you can also just let them know what you want It is a energy drink with different fruit flavors and when I tell you once you have one you are hooked it keeps you going most of your day and the people here are so friendly someone is always greeting you with a smile and once you pull up everyone is asking you how your day has been if you have plans they're just so engaging I adore all of the workers and they do such a great job I would recommend this establishment to anyone who loves coffee energy drinks tea and more they have milkshakes they have smoothies this place is so much better than Starbucks sorry Starbucks but not sorry and their prices are so cheap Don't walk don't even run drive fast to your nearest Dutch Brothers 😍 the holiday drinks are great. I love the cookie butter. And the pumpkin brulee. They're amazing, but when it comes to my favorite drinks like the. Rebel drinks the candy apple. With plume, granite and lemonade blended extra sweet extra thick is the best best thing. I have tasted the girls. There are sweethearts, they're amazing workers. They work really hard. And they always have a smile on their faces. No, matter what. So yes, I advise anyone to come to this particular Dutch Bros. If you want great service, but all Dutch Bros are good. Today was the third time I come to this dutch bros in the past few weeks and the third time I “get in the shortest” line and am cut. Although today I did witness two vehicles back out and I was the third vehicle to leave after this experience. These last 3 times I’ve waited significantly longer than the person who came after me in the line next to me. The first time this happened the person I was cut by, was known to the employee taking orders. They chatted for a while and by the time the window was cleared for that vehicle that was now in-front of me. They hadn’t even had the opportunity to pay. I had to wait for them to confirm their 5 drinks, and pay and chat before I could get my one drink. This has happened to me sporadically before but I can’t imagine customers are happy with this set up. To be waiting 5+ minutes in a line and a car pull in to the other line and have their order taken first and be guided to cut the customer who has been waiting longer does...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. I have always enjoyed your drinks and the service provided, but my last experience did not meet the usual standards.

During my visit, I specifically requested a hand-blended drink. However, instead of preparing it as requested, the staff took my incorrect drink, removed the whipped cream, and blended the original drink. This process did not align with my expectations, and I believe it would have been more appropriate to prepare a new drink according to my order.

Due to time constraints as I was on my way to work, I did not voice my concerns at the time. I typically appreciate the service at Dutch Bros and often leave a tip, but this experience has led me to reconsider my future visits.

I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve customer satisfaction in the future.
