This place is good, low-key Latin diner. A mix of Guatemalan, Mexican and Salvadoreño. Pupusas are good and freshly made. Flank steak in the Carne asada is a Little tough and chewy so I'll skip that next time. Torta Hula Hula tasted a lot like a Cubano and it's huge. Service was attentive. We got everything we ordered and didn't have to wait long. The recent expansion to the shop makes it even more chill! You see a mix of people stopping in for food and those who stop to pick up groceries.

Order some pupusas since I wanted some rice flour ones . We order a mix of 8 of them and . The review is mainly on that. The cheese pupusas not recommend since is flat and no filling . You can only taste the masa. The revueltas one are kind of ok . Also they are very stingy with the curtido ( pickle cabbage) . I ask for some more and they wanted 5.00 for a little bag and after tasting the curtido is not worthit . The salsa was ok nothing to brag about.

The food at this place is always so authentic and delicious! I judge Central and South American food by the basics: ie, how well do they do rice and beans? These guys knock them both out of the park and then keep the homeruns coming! The guacamole is homemade and awesome, the empanadas are excellent, and the yucca con chicharrón is seriously one of the best I have ever had. Oh yeah, and put the green salsa on EVERYTHING 😁

Everything was absolutely delicious, from the beans to the steak to the garnachitas. It did take a bit for our food but everything seemed to be made fresh to order, which is ALWAYS worth the wait. The constant line of people picking up to go orders could also explain the wait, but also a good sign if that many people like it there! Staff was friendly, and and restaurant was very clean.

Absolutely delicious! They have gained many loyal customers from here on. All the food was cooked to perfection. The spices were authentic and added a scrumptious taste to all the dishes. Our server met and exceeded our expectations. Gracias to the chef and all the staff! See you soon👍👏

Compre pupusa loca muy rica y el plato migueleño a my hija le gusto, lo malo fue que maneje como una hora por empanadas no tenían después pregunte por sopa de res tampoco tenían y me decidí por una sopa de gallina q me dijo q era la sopa con pechuga o pierna frita, arroz y tortillas le dije como es para llevar la sopa no me la caliente que yo la calentaría en casa. Y al final me dio la sopa pero la porción de pollo solo cosida y ni era pechuga ya q no como otra parte q no sea pechuga, ya le avía explicado a ella, y se la devuelvo dise ya se la cambio, cuando regresa me dise no ahi pechuga y ni me da mas opciones en ves de eso . Y solo me toco pagar por el plato completo a aun q solo me dieron sopa. Ubiese regresado si me ubieran dado opciones en ves de algo q ellos no tenía y ya me avía ofrecido y yo ya avía pagado .
