Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Winona

We went out to dinner there last night and I was bragging to my boyfriend about how great Jimmy John's was how he would never eat Subway ever again I was so embarrassed because I will never eat there again I had that sandwich with the ham the salami and stuff on it I said no basil extra vinaigrette and mayo and cucumbers and pickles they have this big sign out front that says free smells it should say free hair in your food when I handed back my sandwich before I even taken the bite of it told them I didn't want it the girl in there said to me I'll make you another one can I see your receipt I handed to the receipt she made me another one I didn't see any hair in that one she had me the receipt back they didn't even apologize for it none of them were wearing hair nets the music was blaring loud we couldn't even hold the conversation me and my boyfriend without each one of us saying what what'd you say when we walked out of the restaurant we were sitting in the car talking about doing a review and we watched all three of the employees sitting down not doing a bit of work at all all on their phones when the car did pull up into the drive-thru area to give an order the girl jumped up ran in to the window was taking an order the young boy with black hair named Lewis got up put gloves on and started making a sandwich no one washed their hands and the tall boy he stayed sitting down in the booth closer to the window on the left on his phone drinking a bottle drink from the cooler out front why can't I find a job where I can just sit on my phone not even an apology didn't say thank you have a good night nothing as we were leaving we had two combos and one was a regular combo and the other was a favorite combo I'll never eat there again no refund not a...

Went there about seven pm. And ordered the ham and cheese basket. No other customers in the restaurant. Went there with my girlfriend, she had a sandwich with multiple meats and provolone cheese. First thing I noticed was the bread was hard on my sandwich. She gave me the ham and cheese from her sandwich. I noticed that there was a black hair on the cheese slice. She took it up to the counter and told the workers and was asked to show them the receipt which she did and received a second sandwich. No apologies or explanation whatsoever. There was music playing which was so loud that I was yelling to my girlfriend and she couldn't hear me and we were sitting at a small round table. I'm guessing that the employees heard me yelling and turned the music down to a comfortable level. I was not impressed at all with my experience at that restaurant. Right after we walked out to my car I took this picture. There was 3 out of the 4 employees at the front sitting area by the windows. So I work nearby. I ordered online for pickup in store. Walked to the store and their door said lobby closed. That's ok. I called them 3 times while standing outside their door. Nobody answered. I also tried opening the door. Nothing. Even though I saw people inside. I walked back to work and called my fiance to go through the drive through since I had to go back to work...
