Cinnabon — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Why are there gnats all over the product, in the production area and mini dining area. I took a bite then realized my surroundings and didn’t eat the rest... little gnats flying all around. I understand sugar attracts them, but wash and sanatize your stations... take out the over flowing trash bags... wipe squeeze bottles to remove sticky exteriors, clean the glass... I went to culinary school.. I work in the industry... where there is food there lies issue with rodents and bugs ... take preventative precautions... care about your product as much as you can. Clean as you go the whole little establishment was a cluster f.. dirty tables trash falling out the cans... gnats splattered on the glass where boy clearly was prepping stuff and could see the gnats yet didn’t stop to clean his area. I was in line at Cinnabon waiting behind a lady that didn’t have enough money to pay for her order. I was in line a while because she was taking video orders over the phone from family outside in her car. She even had to leave and go get more money from the car to pay for her order. Now remember that I had been waiting for some time. The young curly head waiter ignored my presence and proceeded to promptly wait on a young white couple that just walked up. It reminded me of the. 1960s when Black people had to order from restaurant windows and back doors. Please tell your people that they need to take orders and ask who is next. If that waiter is still there, I will never buy any Cinnabons from your location. I promptly left since the couple and your waiter didn’t respect my presence without...

It's always a treat to come here. I remember as a child when you leave the mall you gotta get a Cinnabon before you leave. Even to this day, I still enjoy doing that. Of course now, I have to skip over that tradition SOMETIMES. But this day I went it wasn't for me. My mom wanted to come. Yep, came to the mall just for her a Cinnabon.
