My mother and I were looking for a spot to grab something to eat at hanes mall around a week ago. When we walked past stir fry 88 the employees began shouting at us to try the barbecued chicken they were waving at us with toothpicks, with the employees pressuring us to try their food, we were left with no other choice but to submit to their sneaky sales tactics. After eating the kung pao chicken and lo mein, I have been left with zero appetite and nausea. Despite my husband's desperate attempts to get me to eat, I have been left disgusted with food in general after eating at this abomination of a restaurant. Stir Fry 88 impressed me so much that I wanted it on the map. Food was freshly prepared and steaming hot when I arrived at around 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. What made me decide to eat the broccoli chicken with pineapple sauce was that it was steamed, not fried. I also sampled another tasty steamed chicken dish with mild green peppers and plan on getting that next time. Perfect fit for my weight management journey.
