I went through the drive-thru and placed my order and my woman was on the speakerphone waiting for her response what did she wanted to order. A lady was on the speaker was very professional she is waiting for my last order to add on the GM jumped on the mic and tried to rush the order so I have to turn around and place a order for my woman unprofessional with the GM and my order was like $33 and some change. Found all this out when I got to the window the lady was polite but I actually tried to rush the order and she told me it was her gm. A guy walked up behind her like he was the GM and I told him how rude of him jumping on the mic and try to rush the order. And it wasn't no cars behind me at that moment. The other person walked up the lady told me it wasn't him after me and him had some words and he was making threats towards me. And the GM spoke up talking about it was him he was trying to rush the order because he did not want the lines to be hold up but I told him I was ordering waiting for my woman to tell me what she wanted on the speakerphone.and the other employee was the big black dread guy was still trying to throw his fists up at me like come on let's handle this right now this is not what you want. And the co-worker did not realize I had a defense weapon on my hip. Which I never pulled out my weapon out of my holster at any situation during this situation. The GM refused to serve me and saying he is refusing service towards me. I pulled around the front door and came into the lobby and confronted the guy who made threats to me told him to get his GM. And they did not realize they was being recorded. The GM came to the counter was telling me he was refusing to serve me and I had a weapon on my hip in my holster and he said he was refusing to serve me and I have a weapon on my hip and they feel scared but I never pull my weapon out of my holster at any time during been on the property. And they called 911 and tell him the dispatch and they felt threatened and he told his employees to go in the back and they was telling dispatch I was pointing my gun at them and never did. And told them at the end they was being recorded. And I told them I'm going to contact the district manager and the corporate office and they all going to lose their job. And I was going to file a lawsuit against them. While we was going back and forth and disagreement I walked out went to my truck cops pulled up with gun drawing. And they did detain me and handcuff. Took my gun off of my holster and they was here in my side of the story and the cops was telling me they was saying the whole time. The cops did their investigation and they gave me my gun back took me out of handcuffs and told me the GM told him I am bandit from the property. I told the cops I went to college for criminal justice technology and I will be contacting the district manager and corporate and I will be found in a lawsuit and charging the company with the EOC. Cops let me go and gave me the replace report.I'll be falling up on this Taco Bell by having the police arrested for making a false police report on customer. Does Taco Bell should be shut...
Read moreAllow me the first to say, this location is slowly crumbling down and is on the verge of becoming shut down. The North Point employees must have went from their shut down location to this one because the service and quality is spot on. Horrible customer service, down to the expression of disrespectful attitudes and disgusting food quality. The meat is always similar to wet cat food in regards to the temperature and consistency of the meat. I understand they come in bags and they defrost the meat, then pour it in serving trays. The shells on crunchy tacos are always stale because they must not preheat the shells. It’s so disgusting at this location. Tonight was my last time giving my hard earned USD to this location. I had to call over two dozen times till finally Ciara answered. She says “who dis” I say a customer that just left the drive thru and I am not pleased with the food at all. Next thing I know she hung up in my face! I call back another dozen times, no answer. She should be terminated if she is a shift supervisor. If you cannot take the time to empathize with a customer and listen to a complaint, why are you there. Give someone else the opportunity to care about the customers. I sent a complaint through the Taco Bell contact us, I will be calling corporate to ask that a district manager contact me. Also I will tell everyone in my workplace and personal setting not to go back to this location. It’s appalling to me how disrespectful one can be AND to serve horrible quality of food. I have been eating Taco Bell for years, I’ve put well over thousands of dollars into this corporation in my life span thus far and I will not be treated like I’m just nobody. Shame on Taco Bell for inviting this location into it's corporation with a Franchise certificate. Burgerbusters I truly hope you can bring this location back from a 93.5 sanitation rating, it is failing tremendously. Ciara whom was working the night of Halloween 2017, I say to you “ may God bless your lack of respect for Taco Bell’s paying customers” without customers you and the remaining staff would not have jobs. Very bad, very very bad location. People of Winston-Salem North Carolina, don’t waste your time or money on this location. Go to the Peters/Silas Creek...
Read moreThis Taco Bell has been shortstaffed for quite a while now-which is understandable, as is most of America. However it’s frustrating because you never know when their dining room will be open as there is no signage at all… except for one large sign saying “dining room open. Dine In” and then when you get to the door it’s locked. With the layout of the parking lot it’s frustrating because you have to get back in line from an awkward position to hit the drive-through… whatever, this is annoying but not enough for me to leave a bad review. However after today I’m done with this place. I had two separate orders, as I was ordering for me and a coworker (thus why I had tried to go inside in the first place) and when I get to the window and explain I have two small separate orders, she proceeds to tell me “we can’t do that. We don’t have enough employees.” I’m confused and say “it’s two small orders. Do you want me to do one now and then go back through the line for the second one” and she replies “whatever. You’re welcome to apply for a job. We have applications inside.” As I was still confused she proceeds to tell me I can take it up with corporate …. At this point I was done. I understand being short staffed and feeling overwhelmed but if she would just stop and think for a minute she would understand this is not that big of a request. She was rude and I was over it…. And There were only two cars behind me in line… again not like I could come inside with my two separate orders. I decided I would not order food at that point since they didn’t want to serve me. The owner of this place better make some changes quick. Come on, guys. You’re short staffed. It sucks. You’re doing a lot of work and feeling overwhelmed. I get it. However, you have a job… put on a smile and...
