I found out about the shop a bit ago while driving through Park Ave and decided to add it to my places to try. I like and enjoy tea, so I was looking forward to what I was going to try.
The store is nice, clean and has a bit of outside and inside seating. It is modern and has a large counter where you order and a case with different pastries/desserts. I was full to try them out but a couple did look good.
The staff is nice, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions. I was between 2 of their hot teas and glad I went ny their suggestion. The part I really liked was that they actually steep the tea and let you pour it out of the pot. Isn't that neat? I got the hot China Rose Petal and it was nice and floral. The staff was nice to let me try the Sparkling tea because I was curious and that was tasty and refreshing! I will definitely try it next time and it was not overly sweet. I liked that it is bubbly for a hot day.
Definitely give them a try for regular tea, dessert...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to leave a bad review, but i was severely disappointed with this place tonight. I placed a TooGoodToGo order (for those unaware, itās an app where you can pay a discounted price and receive a random assortment of items left over before they are to be thrown out.) Upon getting there, I was given 2 mochiās, which usually would be no big deal. But i was a little skeptical since this is supposed to be 15$ worth of food, and I check the website and each mochi is only worth 4. Which means I was given a value of 8$ worth of food, HALF of what I was supposed to be given. To make matters worse, there was extra mochi in the counter, and I was not given that even though it wouldāve been closer to the 15$ value of the bag at 12$ worth. Definitely did not encourage me to shop here again, although the taste of the food was MAGNIFICENT....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is so cute and the drinks are so good! The owner is super sweet and seems incredibly passionate about providing delicious tea and treats. She takes her time to explain the ingredients being used and why, and even offers a pre-sample to ensure the customer likes their choice. Her teas are more herbal-y than others, which I loved and appreciated. I like being able to taste the tea and not just the milk/creamer/sweetener. The milk teas are not super heavy, either, and are just as refreshing as the fruit teas. My husband got the tiger milk tea with the regular tapioca boba and I got the strawberry fruit tea with aloe jelly. The tapioca boba was so warm and squishy, aka perfect. The aloe was actual chunks and not slimy, a great texture and flavor. 10/10 would...
