*edited to add that their quesadilla is not a standard quesadilla so people may be confused when they order that. I liked it though, it gives chimichanga vibes and was delicious. They grill the tortilla with cheese and then add fillings after. After ordering here for the first time two nights ago, Iām hesitant to order again. Almost never write reviews but this was so aggravating Iām giving everyone a heads up lol I donāt want to fully bash Annaās, the food tasted very good and I was satisfied with what I ordered, when I finally received it. Placed an order online through the Annaās website, order went to the right location, but when I got there to pick it up ~20 mins later I was told that someone had already come in and picked up the order under my name. I said āOh well they must have picked up the wrong orderā like obviously Iām here trying to grab my stuff and I didnāt send anyone elseā¦Is this a scam that goes around now? Im assuming the manager who came to talk to me said āpeople will place 3,4 orders under the same nameā ??? I think it was a mistake with an order with a similar name, itās easy during busy times to just like grab a bag and hand it off, I donāt even fully blame anyone if that is what happened. there were other bags on the counter and another in the pickup area they keep out in the dining room. Maybe another customer came in and just grabbed the wrong bag. Either way like thatās not my problem, Iām here with my receipt on my phone and my name on my id and I had to argue but the manager offered to remake the order and very quickly. I ordered a bag of chips and salsa to go in addition to the $30 we spent on the food and got what we paid for in the end, but the issue was not handled well and they need a better system for handling pickups and delivery orders, like checking receipts or something so this doesnāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me preface this by saying I LOVE Anna's food. When the right person is preparing your food, it's excellent and a great value. Other times, the food is still excellent, but you leave wishing you had a better experience. I get the same thing every time; a super quesadilla with chicken and extra cheese. Nothing else on it.
Yesterday, I received a super quesadilla that was loaded end to end with protein and got a heaping portion of cheese when requesting extra.
Today, the woman making my quesadilla was training a new employee. With everything he put into my order, she told him to put less. I received a single scoop of protein on my super quesadilla with the barest pinch of cheese. When asking for a little more, she informed me I would be charged twice for any more cheese.
The finished product was closer to a taco than it was to a super quesadilla. My order was on a 12" tortilla. It measured 7" once wrapped up. I had to take out my tape measurer because it was ridiculously small.
My order today was less than half of what I received yesterday. It's these inconsistencies that are frustrating. Despite ordering the same thing, you never know what type of portion you're going to get.
Currently, they're running a gift card special. For every $100 you buy, they offer a $25 bonus card. I purchased one today. Unfortunately, the bonus card is only eligible from Jan 1-Feb 28 2025. I wish I knew that before I bought it. I used the $100 card to buy my meal and had the receipt printed. They do not tell you how much money is remaining on your gift card.
Despite all of these issues, I'll still be coming back because the food is REALLY good. I just wish their service...

Iām almost 40 now I remember going to the Brookline location and the quality has always been the same for years as they expand their quality control. Quite honestly has been lacking like today. I had a 20 minute wait when there was only four people in front of me. The taste of the food is similar to the other ones, but the finished product is not the same. I currently have a burrito that looks like it was wrapped at chipotle and was put in my bag in a way that everything was squished. I have lived off of Annaās for years from the multiple Brookline locations that they had to the MGH location when I worked there to my least favorite The Somerville location. it is a shame that this one is actually turning out worse than the Somerville location. thereās a reason why theyāve always had multiple lines to keep the line moving as fast as possible. First time I visited the Woburn location I had a similar experience, but due to the fact that Iāve been going to them since I was in eighth grade, I decided to give the Woburn location another try. I am currently regretting it as my burrito has already split open on the floor of my car as Iām driving to get home.

just left and itās worse then last. this time no one in the place and still 15 minutes before anyone took my order. I ordered a Super Super burrito a $20 burrito and they had the new person wrap it with no supervision i got to eat it and the is basically no filling in it lol last time i spend money at this location.....
