Potbelly — Restaurant in Woodbury

I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how...

Let me start off by saying I actually really enjoy potbelly sandwiches and regularly get them over lunch when I'm working downtown Minneapolis. That being said this location is just fine as long as you plan to go in and order your food.

I've ordered online and tried to pick up the food in store several times and every time they miss quote me on it will take to complete my order and it's done typically far in advance which leaves my food extremely soggy and cold.

Terrible...IOrdered a pizza sandwich. What I got was a meatball with pepperoni and no cheese. I also ordered vegetable soup. Only got about 1/2 cup. Order was for take out. Very disappointed. Thay had a new guy behind the counter. He didnt know where anything was and made lots of mistakes. Boy I felt sorry for the gal that was working with him. They need to better teach the new hire where things are and what is on the menu. I wont return...and Im not a picky person. Disappointed...
