Only been there twice alone and once with my son. The time with my son, the first time, was great! Awesome everything. BUT...both times I tried to visit alone on my way home from work, terrible.

No joke, both times they said how many and I say one and the fun and customer service stops unless I suppose you belly the bar which is not me. Both times were late afternoon. Both times the host made an awkward situation during seating by confusing me as a part of some random nearby people and upon correction, trying to seat me before them, angering said randos.

So, again after correcting that, both times I got dumped into the table just next to the door and told it will be a minute. Both times, the floor was so sticky around and under this table that the flies were nuts and my shoes stuck hard. (I was wearing shorts with flies continuously landing on my legs) After about 13 minutes, I got up and told the bar people I was moving outside only to immediately see the host get visibily upset and start gabbing at the bartender within earshot of me, upset I was moving. I didn't care who helped me just send someone, give me some product to consume for the sake of Pete!!!! And clean the floor.

Finally, the server/host/not floor cleaner, who was very crabby with me because my table was now in the area of a much more pleasant seeming server who was tending to their tables quickly and efficiently, approached me and said only, "what do you want to drink?". I got that in but took another 10 minutes to get and didn't see the server to place an order another 10 minutes because it was someone I didn't recognize that sat the drink down.

I couldn't get anyone's attention to order even after I left my table and approached the bar. So I used their online message system to which I am yet to get a reply about 4 days later to see if I could get a manager over because I was over an hour in. I got another person to find my server so I could order. It was short, rude, and without any eye contact. The appetizer and food came out all at once lightning fast so I had a critical choice to make, food or appetizer???? I boxed, paid, and left. Ate it cold while not watching sports television in a cool atmosphere but at home. Can't imagine it would be good next time. I'm sure my message on their chat service...

Ignorant waitress: I first made the complaint (on 24th Jul 2023) using the contact us option, however, I haven't received any response from the management hence I have to make this complaint in google review.

On July 21, 2023, I visited with two of my regular friends, as we often do every couple of weeks. However, on this occasion, we had an unpleasant encounter with one of your servers, Gabriella H.

To provide some context, I have noticed Gabriella's behavior during our last 4 to 5 visits, and I regret to say that it has not improved. She approaches our table without introducing herself and takes our order in a rather detached manner. When serving the food or drinks, she merely places them on the table without uttering a word before leaving promptly.

The most troubling incident occurred when I ordered a second or third drink during our conversation. Suddenly, the drink appeared on my table without any notice or communication from Gabriella. It was quite evident from her facial expressions that she was not interested in providing us with good service.

Even though we understand that the restaurant can get busy, we noticed that she spent a significant amount of time talking and smiling with the security/bouncers, which was disheartening to observe. Regardless of the workload, such behavior is unacceptable when it comes to customer service.

I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and have a conversation with Gabriella H regarding her behavior. Training and advising her on the significance of excellent customer service would go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for...

Had a very strange one here last night. Up traveling and got in around 9:30 PM trying to get some food because the kitchen says it closes at 10:30 PM. Sat for about 10-15 minutes while I read the menu only for the presumed manager to come out and tell me the kitchen is closed.

ALL I DID WAS ASK about the google listing saying the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM lol that's literally all I said. The manager ended up kicking me out! I tried asking what for and he said I was being argumentative? How!? For simply asking a question? Crazy. Then the idiot threatened to call the cops on me! You absolutely cannot make this up 😂

When I asked for his name the coward wouldn't give me it nor would he even shake my hand. It's the taller dude with the long beard, that dude is trash and should never be allowed to manage a restaurant again IMO. Either that or he just was having a really bad day.

All in all I really love Wild Bills and I haven't been to one since they closed down in Rochester. Not saying the restaurant is bad or even this particular one. Just know that if you get there late and this guy with the long beard is working, you probably won't be getting served any food 🤣

Also, I NEVER and I MEAN NEVER like to bring this up, but I wonder if race had anything to do with it? Me being a black man I don't know why I got kicked out so quickly when all I did was ask a question about your hours that's literally...
