Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Woodmere

TLDR: tried to serve me food that they dropped on the floor, instead of just remaking the sandwich.

I’ve gone to this Jersey Mikes a few times and have never had any issues before this, but I don’t think I can eat there any more after this.

I ordered a hot sub, and was turned to talk to a friend. Friend said “oh my gosh she just dropped that and put it back on the grill”. The floor was disgusting too. Not like they really need to keep it spotless, it’s a kitchen I get it, but definitely not a chance you should be serving food that touched the floor. We watched in disbelief as they cooked it and packed it up into a sandwich. My friend walked over and asked straight up “did you put the dropped meat in my sandwich”.

The employee looked her dead in the eye and responded: “No don’t worry, I put it in the 42” which was my sandwich!

I’ve got no trust in the standards of this place anymore because if I’m not watching them like a hawk while they make my sandwich, then apparently I’ll get my food dropped on the floor and served to me...

Very rude! I ordered online for in store pickup. When I arrived I went inside to the area where the online orders are sitting. I respectfully picked up my bag double checked to make sure it was my order and name . There was a guy walking towards me yelling at me saying ma’am ma’am what are you doing? I replied I’m picking up my order! His response to me was we don’t allow people just to pickup food! I was confused because nothing said customers please wait for store member to give you your order. It felt kinda racist! Ive been there on different occasions and never witness nobody else getting yelled at for picking up their online order. Needless to say I won’t...

Im not coming back to this one. I've been here 4x an every time i come, they never follow instructions on how to make my sub. Its not a hard order but EVERY TIME they mess something up an i have to hover over the line to make sure they don't 100% mess up my order. All i ask is to over my meat, salt an pepper it WHILE ITS COOKING, grilled onions on the side an add lettuce, light mayo and light mustard to my chicken philly. This time they didnt put salt or pepper. I asked if they did an they lied an said yes. I unwrapped my sub an not one spec of pepper an i took one bite an no salt. Hire staff that can cook an follow written down...
