Just found out that I can’t order Quesadillas upon walking in Chipotle. It has to be ordered online only. This is so weird that you can’t just walk I like normal and order inside. Got there and tried to place my order and was told it had to be ordered online. So I stood in Chipotle and placed my order online. The reason I actually went into Chipotle to order because I didn’t want a lot of cheese on my quesadilla. So, the young man told me when the order comes through that he would take care of it but ended up getting busy with customers. Then there was a young lady who tried to assist me and couldn’t. She told me the same thing about ordering online, which I had already done. I was just waiting on someone to fix the order. Then there was a young man walking around fixing orders and talking on his cell phone the entire time. He looked as if he was fixing all the to-go orders and I tried to tell him about the amount of cheese for my order. While getting his attention, he finally looked up but proceeded talking in his phone while fixing to go orders. There was another young lady by the name of Morgan who finally assisted me with my order. She was really nice and made sure I had everything. (Thanks Morgan!) At this time the manager had already left for the night and I couldn’t speak with him or her. I guess that’s why the gentleman talked and walked around with his phone and fixed orders. Read moreThere was no line, I’m first up. There was no one at the counter. No problem I’ll wait. Employee comes, no greeting or smile. I ask for a quesadilla and I’m told that they can’t make them right now.. she didn’t give me a reason but whatever. I get the last scraps of cheese in my burrito. Mid-fold, the employee leaves and hands my burrito off to another girl who couldn’t finish the burrito fold.. salsa leaked out as she sealed it with foil. I wanted their flavored lemonade, the bins were empty so no drink for me. The cash register was down so she asks to take my card to the pickup window. I say I have a reward to scan. She says It can’t be scanned at the pickup counter and turns and walks away with my card. I don’t know how much I’m paying. Got my card back, still don’t know the total. I stand there thinking she’ll go and get my receipt since she didn’t say bye to me yet lol. I stand there for minute (still the only one in line) then finally I ask for a receipt. A male employee says their receipt machine is malfunctioning but it might print in a bit. No friendliness at all. I don’t have time to wait, so I say thank you and leave.
