To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today, July 28th, 2025, at approximately 6:31 PM at your Crestwood, IL location (13201 S Cicero Avenue). My experience in the drive-thru was unacceptable and not at all representative of the standards I’ve come to expect from Raising Cane’s.

When I arrived at the final window to receive my order (Check Number: 150007, Order Type: Drive Thru, Cashier: Ava), the young African American woman who handed me my drink gave me a cup that was soaking wet and dripping with soda. It created a mess in my car, and there was no effort made to wipe it down or offer a napkin.

She then asked me for my name and what I ordered. I politely responded, but she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Her body language was standoffish, and her tone came across as disrespectful and irritated, which made the interaction feel very uncomfortable. As someone who has worked as a restaurant manager at Raising Cane’s, I know firsthand this is not how customers should be treated, especially at the final point of contact in the drive-thru experience.

This visit left a very negative impression on me. I take pride in supporting Raising Cane’s, but I will think twice before returning to this location if this type of unprofessionalism continues. I’m requesting a follow-up call to further discuss this matter. I hope this is addressed internally and the staff is reminded of the importance of maintaining courtesy and cleanliness in...

My nephew and I had just come the movies, and he wanted to stop here. He never had Canes before but had heard so many great things about them. We choose to dine-in. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, the place was clean, smelled wonderful and the staff genuinely seemed happy we were there. We approached the counter, the cashier asked if she could assist us, I told her it was his first time, so she recommended the Combo. I ordered two, paid for meals and was given my receipt. The cashier also informed me that if I completed the survey on the receipt and showed her, I could spin the wheel they had. My nephew and I sat down, I completed the survey. I then showed the cashier and was able to spin the wheel. To my shock I won a gift card for a free combo. If that wasn't the best, our food came shortly afterwards. The tenders were so fresh. You could feel the heat coming from them. The fries were perfectly cooked. The toasted bread was perfect as well. My nephew took a bite and feel instantly in love with Canes. He literally said, "this is probably the best chicken tender I've ever ate." Overall, this was an exceptional experience. I spoke to the manager as we left and thanked him for having such a wonderfully welcoming, and courteous staff. I thanked him for allowing my nephew to have a great experience as well. I asked that he congratulate the cooks because the...

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers of Crestwood, IL was a nice surprise! I ordered the chicken finger fry basket and can hardly wait to share this franchise with friends & family. What makes this place great is that they make it simple and serve what they do BEST .. Chicken & only Chicken. Flaky, golden brown, flavorful & made to order. Each piece was perfect. The secret sauce is really indescribable except my coworker said “I can eat a whole bucket of this stuff”. She was right 😀 One per order or you can purchase additional containers. The fries were piping hot crinkle cut and golden brown. I enjoyed & recommend for lunch & dinner. The lot had ample parking, handicapped doorways & many tables & high tops. Atmosphere was eclectic with bright colors, disco ball ceiling & Elvis on the wall. Raising Cain’s mascot is a big dog named Cain his picture is on the outside and inside of restaurant which will appeal to the kids. The facility was clean, many unisex restrooms, friendly & fast servers .. overall very pleasant atmosphere. The acoustic levels were good, I could have a conversation and easily hear what my party was saying. A win win! Prices were comparable to similar spots. I am not affiliated with Raising Cain Restaurants & this is my personal review of the Crestwood,...

I'm so glad this location opened! The chicken is delicious and almost always stays juicy by the time I get home. We tend to get one Box Combo each. The box combos are $11.39 and include 4 chicken tenders, fries, sauce, coleslaw, toast, and a drink/tea. It works out to be a few dollars less than if you were to order each item individually; so it is a good deal. I usually say no toast, sub extra fries. I wish they gave you the option to sub two things, because I would also sub the coleslaw for an extra sauce- I dig their sauce. It's great on the chicken as well as the fries. I get either the iced tea or an Arnold Palmer (tea and lemonade mix). The tea is fresh brewed in house! For sweet tea- they use cane sugar, not HFCS!!! Woot! The only issues I've had with this location: they sometimes they put ice in, when I mark No ice and they use sweet tea when I mark unsweetened. Otherwise, today is the first time they were late on making the order, (the promised time was 21:36 and I received my order at 21:56; but they had a crazy long line of to go cars when I left and they've been super fast every other time I've been here.

This is probably one of the worst Cane's that I've been to!! The food is always hit or miss, some days it's fresh and sometimes it's not. There's a bunch of teenagers working here so I doubt they really care about the quality of the food. Went there last night and all the lights were off outside as if they were closed. Even in the drive thru the lights were off and the drive thru menu signs weren't illuminated! It's like they want people to think they are closed so people don't come there. Corporate needs to look into this ASAP. I went at 8:30PM and it was dark there, they don't close until 12am. The owner of this location should be upset because they are losing money when they do this. Update: 09/01. I called the location and spoke to the manager Simone about the situation. She was very unapologetic about what happened and offered to replace my meals at no cost. I went there and the food was finally fresh!! Everything was hot all at the same time. Never be afraid to be honest in your reviews because it only helps places become better. Big thanks to Simone for the great customer service!!

RC always has a line no matter the location. I’m in town for a few days and my daughter wanted RC so we’re headed over for lunch. The drive-through has its fair share of cars but the timing of getting through wasn’t bad at all. Both young ladies I encountered at the window were pleasant. The food was very fresh, hot and delicious. Thanks for providing great customer service today! BTW- I ordered a half tea half lemonade (just like that) and the young lady at the window stated “you have an Arnold Palmer, correct?” lol. I knew exactly what she was talking about as I know some states call it that. I didn’t want to be wrong and order it as a half and half (as I do at home in MD) so I ordered the way I did. Now that I know, next time I’ll order like a local and ask for an AP.
