My husband and I ordered a giant Philly and a giant Big Kahuna. They made the regular size and not the giant-size. The new giant Big Kahuna did not barely have any cheese at all. I pointed out that I should have gotten extra cheese like the menu said. The girl I spoke to asked me if I wanted them to remake it, and I said, yes please. I also had a picture of the regular Big Kahuna I purchased the day before and I showed it to Anthony would got argumentative with me. He told me he puts the same amount of cheese on all his subs. I told him the menu says I get extra cheese. He said it didn't matter, I would get the same amount of cheese no matter what sub I ordered. So, I showed him a picture of my sub from the day before, and he picked up a package of cookies, and tried to give to me, and he said in a very sarcastic manner, "here, you want a cookie too?!" In the meantime, they completely forgot to make ANY sub for my husband. So, I had to ask them, where is my husband's giant Philly? Did you for get to make it? Apparently, they did because the grill was clean and nothing cooking on it. So, I paid more than $50 (plus a tip) for two subs and a major attitude from Anthony. When I asked him his name, he continued his bad attitude in front of other customers and said, "My name is Anthony and you can go ahead and call the office in Oklahoma City. Go right ahead!" Read moreI'm not a person to complain. But this was horrible! I was at work and needed to feed my family so I used the online app to get them dinner. I ordered 4 sandwiches no chips or drinks because I know places can be busy at dinner time so I know that everything would be easy SO I THOUGHT. 3 OF THEM WERE WRONG!!!! I paid for extra meat never got it I asked for my dressing on the side so my sandwich would not get soggy by the time I got home. There was no dressings in the bag i asked for no tomatoes on one and there were tomatoes on it. I got a tuna with bacon and no bacon. I live in mustang and your store is in yukon and I called the manager and she was had the I dont care about anything and while I was telling her.
9/13/18 Update: My family and I went back to Jersey Mike's and Dakota and the other 2 women that were working at the time. Were very nice we were greeted the minute we walked in. It was like we were at a different place from where I had planned ed my call in order at. I had intended on just getting my money back and NEVER going back there. But again it was dinner time and needed to feed my family and we were already there. I truly have to say it was like night and day there they were very respectful and made it a point to make things right. And I have to say that it was made right 100%. And the food was AMAZING. Read moreBEWARE ORDERING DELIVERY IN THEIR APP. We ordered delivery through the Jersey Mike’s app. Our food said it was delivered from a text from DoorDash, but it had not arrived. I tried to call the store to see if we could just pick up the sandwiches since they obviously dropped them at the wrong location. I was told over and over that it is not Jersey Mike’s responsibility that DoorDash delivered wrong.. despite the fact that I didn’t make the order through DoorDash but on their website. The lady on the phone acted personally offended like I was trying to steal from her. I’ve worked customer service jobs and have a lot of respect for people. I kept my cool and was just trying to get the dinner I already paid for and was not being any type of way to be talked to they way she spoke to me.
