Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Yuma

We were a party of 2 today. I received 1 silverware, as my husband was in the bathroom. I made the waitress aware that there are 2 of us and my husband is in the bathroom. She politely said she'd get him another silverware. Then we ordered waters and one water was brought out. The waitress again politely said she'd get another water out. When the waitress came back to take our food order, we still had not received the other water. The waitress apologized and said they told her they brought the other water out already. When we ordered our food, the waitress asked if I'd like my salad first. I said yes. My husband said he would take his out first also. My husband's salad came out 1st. The waitress said my salad would be out soon. Soon after the Manager brought out our main meal. Still no salad for me. I told the manager I never got my salad. The Manager then brought my salad out. The waitress checked on us and I told her my salad just came and my steak will be cold by the time I'm done with my salad. The waitress apologized and said she'd tell the manager. My experience at Chili's in Yuma, Arizona was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the service was beyond exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. I’ve visited several Chili’s locations in California, but this one truly stands out above the rest.

The food was delicious, and you can really tell the kitchen puts effort into the quality and presentation of each dish. I especially enjoyed the flavors and freshness of the meals we ordered. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is that they seem to incorporate pork in a lot of the dishes, which isn't always my preference. However, that didn't take away from the overall quality, and I appreciated the variety on the menu.

Overall, this Chili's location exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or living in the area. I’m confident others will love it just as much as I did, and I look forward to coming back the next time...

I had such a horrible experience here at the chilis in the Yuma palms outlet!! Talk about a rude awakening. Our hostess, Michelle 1. Didn’t have a name tag, so I had to go out of my way to ask for her name and 2. Had such an attitude. She was disrespectful in every way. She interrupted us every time we spoke, and she kept giving looks as we reviewed our menus. The worse part was that when I went to ask for sour cream she zoomed right past us so my grandfather had to go back and grab another employee who did her job instead. She was incredibly rude towards my family and I. Another thing is that the kids mac n cheese was cold! And had the texture of reheated Mac n cheese.
