This was our first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken and we LOVED IT! We were greeted by Maribel when entering the restaurant to pick up our online order and she was fantastic! My husband and I were so impressed with her customer service skills, she treated every single customer with kindness, knowledge and respect.

Now days, it’s difficult to find employees who are kind and actually enjoy their job. But I could immediately tell that Maribel did in fact love her job and enjoyed interacting with customers. Although our only real interaction was with Maribel, I did notice that the other employee, a girl who was working the kitchen was also happy to be at work. She made eye contact with me, and even said “hello!”, before announcing that an order was ready.

On a side note, our order was placed at 10:30pm and my husband and I truly appreciated the fact that these two wonderful employees never acted annoyed, impatient or frustrated because our order was placed late. It truly felt like they just started their shift!

Lastly, our food was delicious, I enjoyed it MUCH MORE than Cane’s. Although we’re not from this area, we’re thankful that we stopped by, and can’t wait to treat ourself the Dave’s Hot Chicken in...
