Otto Restaurant — Restaurant in Tashkent

Yesterday I came here with my family and had a really bad experiences while entering into the restaurant as well as ordering foods and drinks. So, when we were entering into the restaurant, two ladies were standing in front of the main entrance. Those two ladies were supposed to be welcoming everybody. They saw us but didn't really help us where to sit. However, we asked them where to sit but it took 15 minutes for us to be sitting on the right spot. Plus, those two ladies were very rude as well. Although, we called the waiter, but waiter came to us after 10 minutes with angry face. We told to the waiter to put the tablecloth on the table but waiter came with dirty color paper which was written about Otto Restaurant. Nonetheless, we ordered couple foods. But our orders were served right after 45 minutes. When the waiter brought our foods, and each food was too much salty and no idea what we were eating. Overall, never recommend to go to the...

We had King Breakfast. It was great. The food quality was amazing, same as Turkish serpme kahvaltı but had more.

For improvement: the breakfast was not served as a whole at the same time with all plates, when they cook it they would bring it. Please tell waiters to serve the bread first :) I believe maybe this was due to lack of staff for early Sunday breakfast. Also tea wasn’t refilled without request, we had to ask for it :)
