I Had such a lovely experience here chatting with the owner about all the beer and cider he makes. His passion really shines through in the produce. He gave me lots of free tasters and everything was so well crafted and delicious.
I tried a few other specialist beer bars in Hanoi and was really unimpressed, they didn't have anything on tap, just cans of European and American beers at silly prices. Bross Beer is a cut above all of those. If you are into your beer and want an authentic experience in the heart of Vietnam, look no further.
The owner is clearly very talented , creative and imaginative with the drinks he makes. He was telling me all about the different ciders he has. I had one from the Butterfly Pea which was naturally purple and full of health benefits!

Among great IPA and Pilsner you will find unique brews such as Butterfly Peaflower cider which is as purple as the flowers he brews from. He makes lots of ciders from local ingredients that you will not find elsewhere.
Son even brews a 0% IPA which is the best 0% I have ever tasted; you would not know the difference.
He is also an extremely nice man who took the time to chat to us and give us some advice about food and sites in Hanoi. If you like beer or just want to meet one of the nicest people who will make you feel at home in Hanoi; look no further.
I didn’t eat snacks so cannot...
