Just had dinner here. The bun cha wasn't great, and a little pricey for the quality, but it was a good portion at least.

My total came to 189,000. I paid 501,000, with my tired brain thinking it would make it easier, but actually it complicated things.

The staff were very nice, but the woman handling the cash didn't want to admit the mistake. The staff were clearly telling her the error and she was very dismissive and rude and just pushed the money back into my hand and "Said, okay, from me, okay". I realise now it's a very small amount of money. It was just the attitude that disappointed me.

Such a lovely family-run restaurant! The Bun Cha was absolutely amazing — super tasty and a really good portion. You can feel the love in the food! The view of the lake is beautiful and makes the atmosphere so relaxing.

A special shoutout to Ton, the son of the owners — he’s such a nice and friendly guy! He really knows how to take care of guests, and I felt welcome right away. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Ha Noi.

Can’t speak for the food as I never got the chance to order before being fed up with the service. Thought I’d give this place a try as the reviews seemed great but when I tried to order, staff acknowledged it and told me to wait for someone to take my order.
