Update: We are back in Hanoi (Aug 2024) and came straight to Sol Spa for our first massage of the holiday! Peter is still the friendliest, warmest man and remembered us! The masseuses are still excellent - most of the people working at the spa and hotel are the same people that were here on our last trip.
This speaks volumes for what a good place to work Sol Spa and Solaria Hotel is. Peter, you should be proud of your staff and your business! Wishing you all an enjoyable National Day weekend with your family and friends. See you next time :)
This is an absolute must-visit spa if you love getting a massage and are staying anywhere near the Old Quarter in Hanoi.
The spa is beautifully decorated, clean and so peaceful. Peter, the manager is a delight! The masseuses are incredible - so skilled at their craft and very adaptable to the style and intensity of massage you request.
We have been three times this week because we love this place so much and will go again tomorrow before we fly home to Australia. Amazing massage, friendly service and great prices. We...
Read moreI recently had a massage at Sol Spa Hanoi, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was calming, with soft lighting and soothing music, which helped me unwind the moment I walked in. My massage therapist was skilled and attentive, taking the time to ask about any problem areas before starting. I opted for a Sport massage, and it was just the right balance of pressure, targeting muscle tension without feeling uncomfortable. Throughout the session, I felt my stress melt away, and I left feeling rejuvenated and more relaxed than I had in weeks. The therapist's technique was spot-on, and I appreciated their ability to adjust pressure when needed. I also enjoyed the little touches, like the heated towels at the end and the calming tea offered afterward. I highly recommend Sol Spa Hanoi for anyone looking to recharge and indulge in some self-care. It was the perfect escape, and I’m definitely planning to...
Read moreMy go-to spa in Hanoi was fully booked on the day I gave Sol Spa a try. The atmosphere was cozy but it just happened that when i went there the place was a bit stinky prolly coz of the luggages at the reception. I supposed the foul smell was from the luggages’ wheels. It was a bit rowdy when i set foot at the waiting area as well. I had a basic facial on that day. It felt like i did not get what i paid for. The therapist just kept on using the sponge for several minutes . Same strokes and movements, seemed like she lacks training and experience. And ah, I was left alone for 10 minutes as she let the mask sit in , yet most of the spas around Hoan kiem usually provide a head massage on the side while you are in a facial mask. The massage room was not as cozy as Spa’s hanoi’s considering the same range of...
