With my partner we decided to visit the restaurant after seeing it listed in our book guide among the recommended restaurants in Hoi An. The place is lovely, very close to the river and is sorrounded by beautiful plants that seem to be living their best life, which add additional charme to the place. We were welcomed by very kind staff and offered a fruity juice and some apetizers. We ordered a shared entry plate, two main dishes and two dessert s. The weitresses were extremely kind, friendly and professional. They explained to us the different dishes, and we felt being treated in a very special way. The food was very presented and looked gorgeous, it was well cooked and very tasty. We went to eat a bit late, hence towards half of the dinner we were the last clients left. Nevertheless we felt no pressure and we eat at our own pace. We had the chance to communicate with the staff and the owner, which added furthermore to the experience. Ðào Tiên is surely more pricy than other places in Hoi An, however given the quality of the whole dinner, service and staff we were happy to pay the price asked! I would definitely recommended the place, and I hope to come back...

Paul the manager, along with Vi and Bella and other staff, were very attentive and helpful, continually checking that we were looked after properly. Highly recommended from the menu is the Vietnamese speciality entree with a variety of tasty selections, provided with three appropriate sauces which were explained to us. Also recommended is the grilled fish in banana leaf, which was tender and delicious. Drinks and cocktails were well prepared and presented. All in all, a very delightful dining experience in Hoi An, at prices a bit above average for the town but reasonable considering the...
