saw it was less than 3 stars so decided to give it a miss and went to phin coffee instead. wrong decision. phin coffee was hot, and expensive for a small cup of coffee and the place is dead, with ongoing construction right beside.
we were walking along the river and was looking for a place to have some coffee again, and to hide from the sun, and wait for the evening market to come. one of the owner or manager waved to us and we told he we only wanted some coffee and sit around to wait for the time to pass and he was welcoming. we went upstairs and it has a nice view. he turned on the fan for us as we went to sit outside. the coconut coffee is nice and refreshing. we asked if we could come back later to use the toilet if we couldn't find one and they were ok. a good place to sit and rest for a coffee. don't care about the 3.5...
