We just had dinner here and we were very disappointed. The food serving is very slow and the waiter who served our table seemed completely lost. The first spring roll plate he sent to us he was not sure but at least it was put on our table. And for our main course, we ordered a bun cha and banana leaf wrapped grill fish. The same waiter gave our food to another table, he didn’t even check before anything. 10 minutes later they brought food to us and I am pretty sure the fish was touched by the wrong table and not changed. And they forgot to bring the rice and utensils. For the food, everything is just so so. We had much better of spring rolls in hanoi and the rest were also very ordinary. Nothing really was matching how big the brand is. We have heard this restaurant from long time ago, and we definitely didn’t expect this kind of experience. Maybe they really just target tourist. Because mostly the guests are just here for visiting. If they didn’t like it what they could do? There will always be more people coming without knowing what they will get. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Such...

The Vietnamese restaurant with French style offers a refined, yet cozy atmosphere that blends the elegance of French cusine with warmth of Vietnamese culinary traditions. From the moment we step in side the restaurant, the ambiance immediately captivates you with its tasteful decor and inviting vibe, creatinga senes of comfort and relaxation. One of standout features of this restaurant is its commitment of using locally sourced, fresh ingredients. The dishes are prepared with fineest produce, meats , fishs, and spice from various regions of Vietnam. The service here is exceptional. The staffs not only friendly and attenive, but they also possess an impressive knowlege of the food the serve. They take the time to explain the original of each dish, the ingredients they used and offer thoughful recommendation based onthe personal preferences.

We had a lovey evening here. Everything was perfect. We are highly recommend Madame Hien Restaurant with everyone. And thank you for your...

We stopped in for a light meal on our way back to our hotel in the early evening. Chose this because it had Avery high rating. We ordered the pho and the spring rolls from the street food menu to share between us. We also ordered fruit juices. Before our order was delivered we received a refreshing lemongrass tea and an iced lime palette cleanser - both delicious! The food we ordered was well presented and tasty, the service was exemplary, the space clean and tidy and the atmosphere was pleasant despite being situated close to a busy corner. We ordered a homemade sorbet and fresh fruit selection to share and finish with. This was backed up with a complimentary ginger tea. Absolutely nothing could be faulted. We returned two evenings later and swapped the pho for a beef and shrimp stir fried noodles with the other elemts being the same. Once again a brilliant meal and fantastic service. Entusiastically support this venue and the high...

the speciality tuna was fresh with well balanced flavours and the various rolls in the platter were good. we were given complimentary passion fruit sorbet which was refreshing! unfortunately there was some confusion over the pricing of the cocktails where the waitstaff who took our order told us it was one for one when we ordered but upon payment a different waitstaff was adamant that we missed the happy hour (from 5-6pm). in the end after some back and forth a reluctant concession was made and we got a discount on the drinks (out of total drinks of 1 coffee + 4 cocktails, the cost of 1 coffee + 1 cocktail was waived). However, that really ended the otherwise lovely dining experience on a sour note when it felt like we were being accused of demanding a discount when we were given wrong information to begin with. Take note of their promotions and be sure to clarify before ordering and check the bill.

Incredible. The location is amazing, old restaurant decorated with taste, almost a tarantino movie set. Next to the market. The staff was really pro, and took great care of us. Music was not too loud, just perfect, playing 70s/80s vietnamese pop music, who turned out to be awesome. Last but not least, the food. Clearly the best food we had in Vietnam, it was a perfect blend of vietnamese food, with some old french influences (pho with foie gras..incredible), but really not too much. The menu was well elaborated, every sauce was perfectly balanced, you can see clearly that they know what they are doing. Perfect from start to end. I def recommend it if you are looking for a ++ vietnamese food experience in Hoi An.

Awesome service staffs, authentic! Knowledgeable staff and advise, super attentive. They are really attentive, eg, they take the effort to wipe off the condensation from your cold drink when it sweats onto the table. And they food is awesome! I loved the mango shrimp roll, and also for those that likes the real umami taste, go for the seafood casserole, that’s not in the menu but it’s awesome, the umami taste is very well balanced. And their platter is perfect for 2, especially if.. like us, wanting to try more variety, that’s will be a good order, what we did was we requested for a change in the platter and they were really accommodating as well. I would recommend their place anytime.
