My travel prince is not a fan of Indian cuisine. However, there are times when I make him eat what I want to eat. Tonight, we had dinner here, and even the man who doesn't like the cuisine advised me that he would rate the meal a 9.5 out of 10! ( I think he knocked off .5 as the prawn dish i chose was spicy, he doesn't like spice 🥴😅)As a person who has eaten lots of Indian cuisine, I am going 10/10. I can't believe that I had to come all the way to Vietnam to find the best tasting Indian food I have ever tasted. The freshness of the food served, the flavour words can not describe, the attentiveness of the staff and the clean environment, absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend the butter chicken - never tasted so much flavour in a butter chicken and the kerala prawn curry had combinations of flavour that can not be put into words, garlic naan that you could actually taste the garlic! Do yourself a favour, get in here, and try these flavours. You will not be disappointed. In all honesty, the place needs a Michelin star ✨️. Read moreWe had an absolutely amazing experience at Saat Indian Restaurant in Hoi An! As a group of Indian food lovers, we were genuinely impressed by the authentic flavors and the quality of the dishes. Everything we ordered was full of rich, traditional taste — just like home. It’s honestly one of the best Indian meals we’ve had outside of India.
The ambience of the restaurant was warm, welcoming, and well thought-out.
One thing we really appreciated was how clean and well-maintained the washrooms were. It’s not something you always find, but they’ve clearly paid attention to the little details here, which says a lot about their overall standards.
We’d highly recommend this place to locals looking to explore authentic Indian cuisine and definitely to fellow Indians traveling in or around Hoi An who are craving a taste of home.
All in all, a fantastic experience and a definite must-visit...
