First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotels — Hotel in Hội An

Everything about this stay was top notch. Do not miss to book and stay with them if you are in Hoi An. Even before we checked in, they helped us on deciding the pick up from Hue airport/Da Nang airport and how we can plan our 2n/3d stay in Hoi An. They would respond within no time to all your queries on phone or WhatsApp.

Helped us in late check-in as our onwards flight was delayed. The moment we finished our check in formalities, we were greeted with complimentary coconut coffee and condensed milk coffee. Hannah helped us to plan our sight seeing with all possible options to cover maximum possible places with most economical cost. Almost 30 minutes was spent with us so that we love every minute in Hoi An. Right from places not to miss to lantern/coffee making classes to best places for getting 24 hour suit/shoes to night market to free walking tour everything was covered. Never experienced such an involvement of hotel staff ever in any of our trips. Truly exceptional and not to be missed experience.

Rooms are cozy and value for money, hotel is situated in one the most happening lanes with all the hostels and boutique hotels around and walking distance to old market. We booked the stay through Booking.com for 2 nights. We booked coconut boat ride through them with a service of pick up and drop and lantern making, marble mountain and ling unh Pagoda tour. They even got us the tickets for the famous Teh Dar show (Vietnamese Bamboo Circus) which happens on selected days of the week (Not to be missed and do prior bookings). Return tax I to Ba na hills was also booked by them which was a comfortable ride with a good driver. They even help with other tours like cycling tour etc.

Amazing Stay at Hoianese Center Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Hoi An!

I had an incredible experience at Hoianese Center Hotel and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, especially Emma and Jenny, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

I stayed in a female shared room with three beds and a balcony, and it was perfect! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The balcony was a lovely touch, offering a charming view where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The beds were super comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a great stay.

The hotel itself has a wonderful ambiance, combining modern comfort with traditional Hoi An charm. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Hoi An, making it easy to explore the ancient town, night markets, and local attractions. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away just enough to offer a quiet and restful retreat.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality. Emma and Jenny were incredibly kind, always ready to help with recommendations, bookings, or simply a friendly chat. Their warmth and dedication made me feel at home.
