Our visit to Vys Deli was somewhat serendipitous, as we initially came here by mistake while trying to find Morning Glory, which we later realized was located upstairs. Despite the mix-up, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The service at Vys Deli was commendable. Our server was attentive and prompt, ensuring we had what we needed. However, I did notice that the table next to us encountered an issue with their order, receiving the wrong dishes. This highlights that while the service was generally good, there can be occasional slip-ups. Now, onto the food—our meal was truly enjoyable! The pancakes were flavourful and delicious, while the white rose dumplings stood out as the highlight of our dining experience. They were flavorful and beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen. However, one aspect that significantly detracted from our visit was the persistent sales pressure we experienced. While we sought to relax and enjoy our meal, we were approached by salespeople trying to sell 3D pop-out cards on three separate occasions within the short span of less than an hour. This constant interruption made it challenging to fully unwind and appreciate our time at the deli, especially as we were trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the street vendors outside. In summary, Vys Deli offers great food and attentive service, but the aggressive sales tactics detracted from the overall experience. It's worth a visit for the delicious pancakes and dumplings, but be prepared for potential interruptions during your meal.

Alright, Vy’s Deli definitely understood the assignment. Whole Lobster with Rice & XO Sauce – This was insane. The lobster was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, and that XO sauce? So rich, savoury, and just the right amount of spice. I could’ve eaten that sauce on its own, no joke. The rice soaked it up like a dream. Lamb Shank with Mash – Melt-in-your-mouth vibes. The lamb was so soft that it basically fell apart when you touched it. The mash was buttery and smooth, and the gravy pulled everything together. Pure comfort food energy. Drinks line-up: Mojito – Super fresh, not too sweet, minty, and refreshing. Solid. Mango Margarita – Sweet, tangy, and had a little kick. Really liked how the mango flavour came through without tasting fake. Pina Colada – Smooth, creamy, tropical goodness. Dessert in a glass. Could’ve sipped on that all day. Overall? Everything hit. Great food, chill vibes, and the drinks definitely did their job. Would 100% go back.

The name of this restaurant certainly doesn't do its justice. It's definitely more than just a deli. In fact, it's the best dinner we have had in Hoi An's ancient town. Crispy Fried Snapper is the best dish of the night. Outside is so crispy that you can eat the fins, but inside is still soft, tangy mango salad is the perfect companion to the fish. Grilled lobsters at 495k VND is very reasonably priced, much better than those so-called seafood restaurants at An Bang beach ( tourist trap). Pomelo salad was also the best we have had. it actually had large chucks of pomelos in it. We enjoyed our dinner very much, highly recommended

I really don’t like giving a bad review, couse I prefer giving a good one but ... must say the food was good but everything else was hmmm ... first I got to see the menu and the menues here a large ipads inside of a wood, so when I looked at what I want to eat the menues were on table for at least 20 min and they are really big so there was no place on the table for anything else. I finished my meal like 30 min ago and there is still a dirty plate in front of me, the table is dirty, nobody came to ask me if I want anything else, everytime I want something I have to search for someone. You get this feeling that they are here just to take your order and thats it and nothing more. Wouldn’t...
