Meat & Meet BBQ - Sài Gòn Centre — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Since I already tried Gigi House, King, Sumo, etc and every single Vietnamese Korean ayce Bbq, I wanted to try something else different, I heard about this brand, but decided to check out the one location that is more central and more positive reviews which is this one right here. Set up concept was unique, they have 3 ayce options but if you going by yourself; you only get to pick the most expensive one, that’s ok with me, I was going to do that anyway, they had a salad bar, some desserts, a sauce bar, a bibimbap diy and a self serve noodles bar, but you didn’t get to make your own jajang because a server will stop you and offer to do it for you. The meat options were limited but good enough, the serving portion is questionable, very little to nothing, just a few pieces every time like they were afraid you would waste food, and you do have a time limit of 180 minutes to dine in, but the thin slices of beef tongue came out super stingy, I had to ask them to repeat 13 times total to be able to satisfy myself, most of the meats were frozen but well thawing, tasted not bad for the price, recommended the steaks, beef tongues and shoulder blades, but you have to keep ordering. Just arrived here this evening, this branch is quite crowded. Here are some thoughts after the meal: The meat selection counter is basic, the beef belly tray is refilled with very few pieces by the staff, about 12 pieces at a time. The marinated meat has some dishes that are just right, some are a bit sweet. Mostly a bit sweet. - The meat quality is quite good. The fried snacks, especially the fried chicken is quite good, the sauced chicken is a bit sweet but quite tasty. The vegetables are also plentiful and quite fresh compared to other restaurants. For dessert, there's ice cream with many flavors but it's a bit difficult to get. The staff is quick and proactive in changing the grill frequently. We started our dinner at 8:20 pm and were told the last order was 9:30. So we ordered 319,000 set and hoped to eat some premium meat from the 'special menu. However, I placed two orders on the special food but none of them came. I talked to the waiters a few times and they only apologized and went away. Finally, I talked to someone who can communicate with me in English. She only apologized and finally delivered 3 plates of premium meat.
