super crowded, and the wait was way too long. i waited for over 30 mins just for my small green tea latte. the green tea latte wasn't even nice, it was too thick and the flavour was too heavy. hence the drink wasnt worth the wait. also, they DISCRIMINATE foreigners. my friends and i were waiting for VERY long for our drink, even the locals after us got their drinks and left already. we weren't the only ones experiencing this, a caucasian beside us has also been waiting for very long. it was only until the queue scattered that the barista started to attend to us and EVEN THEN, she told me to wait for another 10 mins. hello, ive already waited for 30 mins?? and it was then that they started to make my drink. that is total bad service imo and utter disrespect. will definitely...

This place has the ambience of a Starbucks, but with extremely potent and flavourful coffee, for really good prices. The staff are friendly, and there's a really chill vibe about the place. There's also strong air-conditioning to cool you off from the scorching, humid heat of Ho Chi Minh City outside.

Phuc Long Coffee & Tea it's a nice place to hang out with local friends together. I have a good time there from my last day in Ho Chi Minh City. It's crowded and usually full that you hardly find a seat. When discuss with the menu option they don't have the Hot Lotus Tea as a option. During at night times, if this is for coffee and tea options can slighty updates some drinks options. I order the hot chocolate and it's too sweet that you couldn't know that it's hot chocolate taste. So the portion percentage it's for chocolate Ice drink.
