A true surprise in Ho Chi Minh! (Pizza 4P's Saigon Centre) After a couple of days of local food, we slowly needed a change of taste to our palate and saw this place while shopping and was quite a delightful surprise!
It is located in Saigon Centre and you need to go up to the top to find the restaurant.
I can't be blunt and say it's the best italian dish I had, but I can say the quality of the dishes is above average and will leave you satisfied.
Dishes ordered: -Crab tomato cream spaghetti -Tomato cream spaghetti with mascarpone cheese -pizza half/half : 5 cheese / burrata parma ham Margherita -pizza half/half : 4 mushroom / Margherita
Firstly before I mention the above dishes, I would like to praise our waitress : " THAN VI " !
Not only was she professional, but she genuinely was always alert and made sure we were attended before we could even call for her. She also cut our burrata cheese, when our pizza was served and made sure each slice had an even piece of the burrata.
Thank you Than Vi! You made our night special!
Now dishes, I highly recommended the half / half options for pizzas. I'm not a fan of fusion pizzas so I kept my choices to the more authentic choices and do not regret it!
Each main ingredient is actually from their own farm which does feel assuring in quality.
Spaghetti wise, I preferred the tomato mascarpone cream that was slight spicy and my style than the crab cream tomato one. ( my preference ).
Overall, if your looking for something different from the local dishes, I recommend Pizza 4P's SAIGON CENTRE !
*Advice: Reserve a table if you can ( we walked in and crowded ). Ask to seat at the bar where they cook infront of you...

New review : Kim anh invited me back to pizza4ps when I returned to Vietnam I came back and I also invited my friend, the experience was very good
Unfortunately Kim anh wasn’t working when I arrived because I arrived late but I would like to see her again because she is a very great and friendly manager
I was served by Astrid today , Astrid is very sweet and friendly and good at providing service. All staff and especially astrid treated me so well and with kindness, I felt so welcomed to be there and treated like a friend.
I will be back many times during this trip.
Very very good and happy
Old review :
I had a bad experience with a different Pizza4Ps location so after speaking to Uyen Truong (Guest Manager) via email , she invited me to try it again and offered me a voucher as an apology. I accepted this and went to a new location (Saigon Centre)
Unfortunately this experience was worse than last time.
I ordered a starter and main and dessert I asked if the chicken had bones as I don’t want bones , I said it in English then I also repeated myself in Vietnamese, the waitress told me there will be no bones , however when it arrived it did have bones. I waited 30 minutes for this mistake
The main course , the pizza arrived before my starter and then the starter arrived after This doesn’t make sense. A starter should always arrive before the main course.
Starter main course dessert
This was really disappointing and I think this will be my last time reviewing pizza 4ps locations. The food is fine and tasty but the service and experience...

We were a group of 6 people and didn’t have a reservation. The staff informed us politely that we’d need to wait about 20 minutes, which was very reasonable. We appreciated their clear communication and organization even during busy hours.
We ordered a selection of dishes: – Burrata & ham pizza – Shrimp pizza – Pasta – Salmon salad
All dishes were nicely presented and made with fresh ingredients. The burrata pizza and salmon salad were especially delicious — light, fresh, and well-balanced. The shrimp pizza, for our group, felt a bit more ordinary in comparison, but still well-cooked.
The highlight of our visit was the service. Staff were very attentive, explained the menu clearly, and even asked thoughtful questions like whether we wanted pepper added to the pasta. It made the experience feel personal and comfortable. English communication was easy with several of the staff.
⚠️ Just a small heads-up: the cheese here is rich and creamy, which could feel a bit heavy if you’re not used to it — maybe share dishes if you’re not a big cheese fan.
💰 Prices are on the higher end for Vietnam, but the quality of ingredients, service, and environment...
