I really dont understand why this shop is really over-rated.
I visited there 5pm, no customers but 3 staff no greetings. I asked any other menu but only big board is menu they have and its hard to see it. Another customer stepped in asking any menu but staff answered the same. They only have shop point of view and lack of customer point of view.
I asked how many topping can i have? staff said as much as i want. I like seaweed so i asked extra seaweed but she said no its not in their system. Look at my photo. How small portion of seaweed i got and seaweed dont cost much. Of course, this place is very much top down style of service from the beginning to the end. No greetings, no smiles at all, no flexibility, no generosity. I already ordered fresh fruit juice but they have no water to serve and its only in bottle (chargeable)
I had some poke bowls in Japan, Thailand, Singapore, US, and this is first time in Vietnam. Its quite averaged tastes. By what these Western people put so high review here?
At the end, after I already finished my meal, one of waitress came to my table asking me "do you want any more rice or sauce?" I was like what?! you guys never told me that I can have additional rice or sauce after. If so, I leave some topping!!! They dont even explain their system... lazy and no hospitality mind at all, no smile. They have their point of view but no customer point of view. Its so silly she asked me to like review, hahahaha, you guys no smiles, so lazy, even not enough cash to give me change proper way (given tonnes of 1k notes!), how you can ask review...

At 5pm at 4P, you can get 2 alcohol buy 1 get 1, and 1 Margherita, 1 ice cream, full and happy just cost around VND 250,000. I will never come back to...

You will come across this small cafe style place with an amazing vibe inside. I was instantly greeted with super friendly smile that was so welcoming and refreshing. I was advised to wait for my table as the place was full but was approached 5 minutes later and was asked if i don't mind sitting with other people which I agreed. Small Counter with so many fresh ingredients to choose from to make your own bowl. I was helped by the girl on my selection and Voila there I had my super healthy amazing looking well arranged Bowl of Poke. First bite into it and it just tasted fresh, healthy and felt that has been prepared with love and care. Nothing soggy or stale instead everything looked very appetising and mouth watering. A bit torn on how to write this review. I usually don't like downgrading for service unless it's terrible. So I won't do that too much.
Poke bowl was great and I love the concept. Make your own poke bowl basically. I think this concept would do well anywhere. Taste was great as well. Would go back.
As for the service. We walked in and waited at the counter. The staff told us (and the guests before us) to sit down. Nobody ever came for our order. Next thing I know people start walking in and ordering at the counter. Low and behold both the people before us and us then walked up to the counter where we ordered. I was a bit frustrated by that. But oh well. Then I got a nice plastic bottle cap in my bowl while I was eating. They apologized...and I know it was unintended, but still was left with a sour feeling about their service. Would still go back,...
