A Hidden Gem with Heartfelt Hospitality What a lovely experience! This cozy little place is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel areas, making it feel like a true hidden gem. The owner is incredibly sweet and clearly pours his heart into the place. He runs everything on his own, so it’s important to be patient – but the personal touch he brings makes it well worth it. It was my first time trying hotpot, and it couldn’t have been a better introduction. The food was absolutely amazing – flavorful, comforting, and served with so much generosity. Initially, I thought the restaurant would be a clear recommendation for vegans and vegetarians, who in my experience usually find it difficult to get their money's worth in Vietnam. The food tasted good and the owner was very friendly. I even gave it a 5-star rating immediately after my visit, which I now had to delete.

The morning after the restaurant visit, I woke up with stomach pains, which have now been my companion for two full days. Worse than the stomach pains, however, is my weakened state, as severe food poisoning is draining me of all energy. I ate an eggplant dish and the vegetables must have been bad.

Im a picky eaterrr, i dont eat meat and things like that since its only makes my stomach hurt and feels unpleasant. This place is something else. The food taste super goodde, way too good, we only find this place last day before back to Hanoi (that’s sad part), the male who run the place such a sweet guy, he did ALLLL HIMSELF, ALONE.

And none of the food that flopped. You dont have to think, just come, it is HIDDEN GEM, bc the place is hidden, but the food 100% taste super good, best food and savior in Sapa.
